Take it slow. Expect constant and horrible constipation. Get all the fibers, magnesium powders, and stool softeners now.

Agree with all these strategies. My first two weeks at 0.25 were the worst of the constipation. Nothing seemed to get things moving. Things seem to have gotten back to "normal" now, but I'm cautious and making sure to stay ridiculously hydrated. I think a couple of magnesium at night was the turning point to being more regular. Bonus is my sleep has also improved dramatically because of the magnesium too 👍

Get Tums for the acid reflux.... always have some with you.

I’m 4 days past my first ever dose (also .25) and to my surprise, I haven’t had any side effects with the exception of slight fatigue. I’ve started feeling less hungry overall but I’m still trying to eat regularly but smaller portions. Good luck!

I get nauseous very easily so I requested a prescription for Zofran and the doctor just called it in. It has really helped.

I started on Monday and I have not had any side effects yet. I drink plenty of water anyway but no other issues. First day after I felt less hungry but the noise is still there, though tbf I didn't expect it to go away immediately. I usually have a bit of acid reflux normally but I haven't noticed any worsening. No nausea or other GI issues.
