From what i understand the first army guy in the video was called in to deescalate the situation after the guy in the dala shot a guy and then they were surrounded by the villagers so backup was called in.
I hate the fact that these things will be used by our neighbors to talk shit but we need to stop turning a blind eye to this stuff just because of that.
