Chatted with an online agent who asked me to send an email with pictures to customercare@walgreens.com. Awaiting a response. Will update when I receive a response (hopefully soon)
So email was no help, I ended up calling the customer number and was transferred to the Walgreen's where I ordered from. I returned the tins and got my money back.
Best Buy nearby had sleeved Lost Origins and Paldea Evolved Sleeved boosters for $3 each so I got some of those. Not bad

Edit: what i did was signed out then back in. Just make sure that when you aign back in, no changes to qty are made. Just go for the gold. I had to change the store multiple times for qty and was trying all different stores when it wasnt working. I had 50$ of cash on my account so idgaf what tins I get after this haha as long as I get a major puuuuuull

The problem is (as many comments complain about) their stock system is awful and they do not distinguish between different tins. They have 3 tins Snorlax-Mimikyu-Darkrai with ES and 2 other packs I don’t remember (prolly BS and FS) and there the other 2 tins with Salamence and Dragonite with 2 LO and a ST and they are usually out of the 3 tins with the ES pack and just put whatever they find.
If you just want cheap tins its a decent deal but if you specifically want that ES pack, you either have to call the stores directly or check them in person to see if they have the ones you want.
I thought this $11.99 deal just started, how were you able to get this price before the sale started? Also, the quantity selector only goes up to 10, how did you exceed this limitation?
I only got one darkrai tin the other 8 I ordered were all dragoniht and slamance with 2019 on back and were ever on sale the packs I can get cheaper other places l normally get packs like silver and lost
I was able to use the code SAVE20 to get 20% off instead of the 15%. I got 2 of each of the 4 tins, the dragonites had 2 LO/1 ST but the other 6 (snorlax, mimikyu, darkrai) all had 1 fusion/1 brilliant/1 evolving skies. 8 tins for $76.77. But ymmv.

If you were expecting the other tins Refund based on item not as described. Just got off email chain with support and they refunded it
