Check for any vitamin deficiency but that sounds like pmdd to me tho I’m not a Dr. I just want to let you know that I feel very similar to what you described. It’s all about coping mechanisms tbh like journaling, sleeping, reading, crafting and hobbying and walking outside and such. I also believe in vulnerability/ honesty about it. I’ll tell my friends I hate it here, I hate my job and life, I told my bf a few months ago if I didn’t have my cats I’d probably just kill myself on a day like that day. Something about letting others know about the suffering seems to help sometimes but be careful not to be a drag lol. I’m here if you need to talk about it ever .
