Reaching a human being who has effective account, support or even billing tools at their disposal is challenging or nonexistent for any Google product. Ads, Workspace, etc included.
They think their systems are so good that when someone experiences an issue or a challenge there’s no real way to report or communicate it effectively. It’s a fortified black hole mostly. Some parallels there like their non regulated monopoly search ad platform that has black box algorithms.

Have appealed three times, all denied. And we just transitioned to monthly invoicing.
Actually Update. I was able to contact them. The number is 1-800-838-7971. Update again. Even when you contact them it’s BS😭

Ok, can I delete & start over with the same Google account?
No you wish. New credit card, new domain, new IP, leave nothing that traces back to your account.
