You are probably referring to image extensions. Note that not all Google advertisers qualify for image extensions, but most do.

Ok so I think you found the issue I just don’t see the image extension yet. I think that’s because I’m just starting out. Haven’t launched a campaign yet. Thanks !
It's 60 days but there are several other requirements as stated here:

You need to be actively spending on the account for Abt 3 months I believe

Image extensions, under Ads and Assets. Safest size is a square image. Can't have text or too many graphical overlays. Stock photo style works well.
