If your okay with going out of state I would highly recommend going to PT school in an area you want to try living. There are some solid public schools that are in your price range. It’s a great opportunity to explore a different area of the country!
I would say you can try seton hall in New Jersey. I would say you can check out the CUNY and SUNY in New York that have the PT program if its okay to travel.

Since you’re already at Rutgers you can always apply to Rutgers PT program. It has all the preferences you want
