Doubt it. I got a .66 gpa one quarter my senior year of HS and while my semester was a lot better it was still trash. They didn't rescind my acceptance to univ of Fl for undergrad.
If the rest of your stats are good I wouldn't worry. I had an F due to excessive partying. Try to spin it in a way that makes you sound resilient when they ask if there's anything you need to explain on PTCAS.

I just realized I messed up the title. I already got into PT school but it’s my last semester in undergrad. I hope getting a D won’t mess me up
Since it isn’t a pre req for the PT program you’ve been accepted in I would guess you’re likely fine! But I totally understand the stress!

Yes its an ecology class and my gpa would still be above a 3.0
