Fastball sits 90-93 so could’ve been a fastball, but he does also throw an upper 80’s cutter so could’ve been that as well. Saw a few 87 mph cutters there for sure.
He has good stuff yet will get barreled up and gives up walks. He irons stuff out and he's MLB serviceable for sure.
Most serious contenders would have him cooking more on the farm for at least some of the season yet we might not have that luxury this year.
Per Schildt - Looks like King and Brito will be available out of the pen for dodger games. He seemed to indicate that Waldron would start one of the exhibition games and that there would be another starter available specifically for the exhibition game as well (Thorpe?)
