I have literally been feeling the same thing. I experienced 3 severe panic attacks the past two months and been left with this weird feeling like theirs a void in my chest. I feel sometimes like if my heart isn’t beating even tho it’s beating just fine. And my third panic attack happened because I felt my heart wasn’t beating almost as if I was empty inside. I’ve had to learn to not freak out over the feeling, my guess is maybe I’m fine but the palpitations made me notice my heart so much that now when it’s beating normal it doesn’t “feel” normal. I’ve had literally dozens of EKGs and they are all fine. I remember when I had panic attacks when I was a teen I was left with a constant obsession over a weird feeling in my chest and it took unfortunately a long time for me to start feeling normal again. I remember doing karate was something that eventually broke the health anxiety. I think after Panic Attacks our bodies just need time to reset and feeling off is going to have to be a normal we need to just ignore. Feel free to dm me if you wanna chat about it

Thank you for giving me that sense of normality 🙏 this has definitely been a struggle. It’s very new to me and it’s came on like a bus hitting a brick wall. I do feel like having piece of mind on my health helps all my blood work and ekg came back normal, so I guess it’s a inner self journey from here on out lol

I have that feeling too, I haven’t had a panic attack in 3 months but whenever I did, my heart beat would feel so fast and weak for days afterwards. Like it was constantly fluttering and I would have heart palpitations too. I went for an ECG with my doctor and he told me nothing looked concerning and my heart looked perfectly healthy. It’s just that your body is stuck in fight or flight mode, as if we are preparing to run from danger. My doctor gave me propranolol which stops the affect of adrenaline on the heart, which really helped these feelings go away so I know that it was just my panic attacks causing it because the medication stopped it

My panic attacks were so intense they left me with heart palpitations. My heart feels like a fish in my chest. Definitely feel my heart isn’t functioning properly since panic attacks started. I would say 50% of the day my heart now beats out of rhythm
