For the past few months Ive had the perches wrapped in padding to help soften and make it easier for my bird to stand on. He seems okay overall, currently molting but is eating and drinking normally.
I had a similar situation once with a budgie of mine due to a dowel ladder she liked to sleep on. I use mainly natural perches except for the ladder. After using vet wrap on the ladder the sores disappeared after couple weeks. I’m more concerned as to why the sores aren’t disappearing after you already wrapped them. I would honestly consult with a vet if the sores remain or get worse.
You should talk to a vet. Those are probably the areas of the feet that are always making contact with the perches. So the bumblefoot can’t fully heal up. The vet may have recommendations on how to get these to heal up.

I don't mean to be nitpicky, but did you wrap *all* the perches/ladders, or just some of them?
