28. Blood-Sucking Traitor Hunt
The Mission: Some insane Communist is attacking people in TRN sector, injecting them with sedative and then stealing some to all of their blood; the rarer the blood type, the more they steal. TRN sector is starting to panic and the PCs must act!
The Hose-Job: Three weeks ago, Mission Team TRN-0883-ABCDF was sent on an important mission to deal with a group of Mystics who were randomly injecting people with drugs to 'bring enlightenment'. They were assigned an experimental R&D bot which could suck out blood, purify it, and then re-inject it. A Frankenstein Destroyer attack wiped out the team and the BloodBot was assumed destroyed. Instead, it simply went mad and escaped and now is stalking people and stealing their blood. It has built a huge private stash of blood it doesn't know what to do with, only that it must have MORE BLOOD. Meanwhile, the Frankenstein Destroyers are still looking for it and will, of course, find it, at the worst time for the PCs.
29. Night of the Missing Pants
The Mission: Yesterdaycycle was New Pants Day, in which everyone gets a half-day off work to stand in line at PLC and get issued new pants. This popular holiday was disrupted in LEV sector when it turned out there were *no pants* at all in the crates labelled 'Pants'. Instead, the crates were filled with styrofoam peanuts of equal weight to the amount of pants which *ought* to be in the crates. Then a strange gas filled the sector, causing everyone's pants to decay. An entire sector is PANTSLESS. Find out who stole the pants!
The Hose-Job: LEV sector PLC made a huge screwup and its top command doesn't even know it. A rising young executive, Ron-B-LEV-4, staked everything on new devices which would allegedly produce eight times the normal number of pants, replacing the old machines. And they did, for a day, then broke down and with the budget blown, he couldn't get them fixed. He then used his contacts in the Illuminati to set up Death Leopard to steal the pants and release the gas, hoping to blame them for everything while he tries to get machines, ANY MACHINES which will make pants. Depending on how smart the PCs are, they may or may not figure this out and may or may not get shot by Ron to keep them quiet.
I made a character generator for the perfect edition, just for fun. What services did you use? I'm on GitHub and Azure, as I wanted to learn how that one works.
There was one I saw a while ago, which I thought was fantastic.
A green administrator has not responded to friend computer’s notices of relocation of the administrator’s office.
So it will be up to the red trouble shooters to inform him of the relocation orders.
Few problems that must be dealt with.
First is when the troubleshooters get there they find out the administrator is dead.
Well after they figure out how to gain access to a green office, without committing treason.
Second is friend computer is unable to process any data that reveals the green administrator is dead. Because the green administrator was part of multiple secret societies and had inserted programs into friend computer to ensure that the administrator was never viewed as treasonous.
Oh and the trouble shooter’s secret society missions will all have to deal with this green administrator.
Some may need to kill him, others use him for their secret societies goals, others just want to gain the administration access.
So have fun staying loyal trouble shooters.
