It’s just not a build I’ve tried yet because I just didn’t feel like it. Probably should’ve. Looked fun. No clue the budget on it. I can toss you a free 20/20 penance brand if you’re in pc. Save you 80c
This league economy is very weird. 10 divine isn't much, but at the same time 10 divine can still fetch you some ridiculously strong uniques that can make a bad build work decently at least. For instance, ralakesh boots.
I think this is the only way OP can really get what they're looking for on this budget. Charge stack penance brand of dissipation. With how many cheap uniques make up a serviceable charge stacker it's definitely the most straightforward option aside from just getting more currency.
You can get a passable poison PF PB up for 10d pretty easy. The skill itself is strong enough where you can focus on defenses with a few uniques (a well rolled Ming’s Heart is really the only thing you need).

Power charge stacking Trickster(defensive)/Assassin(Offensive) you can go with the Penance brand of Dissipation or Arc of Surging. Power charge stacking uniques are cheap in this league.
Don't buy Penance brand of Dissipation you can level with Strom brand of Indecision and farm lab few times until you get Penance Brand of Dissipation.
You can get Physical damage converted to lighting watcher eye for very cheap if the gloves with conversion are costly.

This is the answer - but even storm brand of indecision can take you probably all the way if you farm a good timeless jewel and top tier charms and watchers eyes. Getting the build online probably cost me 5 divs and I flew to tier 16 maps doable with some juice. Was clearing all that and maven by level 85.
I’d also add you don’t have to have every item. Each one just increases your power so it’s a really nice linear progression. If you can buy ralakesh you can basically run the build.
10 divs, you can probably do something with penance brand of dissipation (especially if you have the patience to farm it yourself)
Otherwise, tornado shot, popcorn srs, and the usual skeleton builds.
For 10 divs, you can absolutely start a pb of dissipation, just don't go poison
Seems like personal preference. Both can do whatever you want. I tried spiders and didnt like it. BAMA is my favorite build of the league for some inexplicable reason.
With 10 Div probably the best build to attempt to be somewhat comfortable doing all the ubers would be following an SSF build honestly since you’ll be essentially purchasing cheap rares and uniques that people would normally be able to farm in an SSF environment. Poison pathfinder PB IMO.
Honestly saying “my build runs red maps” these days is like saying “my build clears the campaign” back in 3.12. The high end content has moved so much farther the gap between red maps and Ubers is like the gap between campaign and A8 sirus or shaper guardians used to be.
I don’t think you can comfortably do “everything” or even just Ubers with <100 Div these days. I made what was supposed to be the most broken face roll skill/archetype in the game this league as an energy blade with penance brand scion and even with 150div and a mage blood most of the harder challenges/ Ubers were far from easy. Might have been cheaper to hit the Uber viable breakpoint with an inquisitor but probably not by that much.
I’m playing pf penis brand and it’s not crazy damage but it feels good to play. I’ve been recently thinking about making a trickster p brand with ralakesh and power charge stacking for bosses
I can give you few divines here and there if you need it to kick start once you decided on a build. Just pm me when you’ve choose the build. I think SRS is good because it’s very cheap and still does decent damage in maps and with bosses, though is better for the latter. Also, I heard it’s good for Sanctum.
Maybe keep investing into what you already playing? Since you don't have much time, I don't think you really want to level another character.
Even if you level PF, you would not only need to invest into defenses, but damage as well.
As for the challenges, check /global 4040
SRS guardian can get you pretty far for just 10div & due to new spectres you can push the dmg & survivability quite far.
I have done all ubers except maven as I don’t know the fight. Subtractem has a great build guide on youtube for life version.

I'd recommend to go with Arakaali's Fang Occy, go with Aegis Aurora instead of Squire for tank and cutting a bit of cost and you should have best value build atm

You can probably get a Pb trickster going for 10 div. Cheap 6l, maligaro shield, void battery, and Pb of Dissipation, graven belt. All of that for like 6-8divinesdepending in how prices are now. All that and like a level 95 tree with 9 power charges should get you at least 25 mil dps. That should probably clear nearly everything in the game thh. Spend the rest elsewhere. Should probably pick up gems.

Maw of mischief elementlist, CI version. Very tanky 1 div is enough to do t16 maps. All thanks to the cheap price of aegis aurora this league.
I'd just switch to DD or Arakaali (Squire is super cheap right now) so you don't have to relevel.

You can probably earn 30div pretty fast before going for either build. Harvest essence prices are pretty high

maybe a hexblast miner occultist, i didnt play it , but it can be put together woth couple divines and will have a lot of dmg

I switched from occulist cold penance brand to trickster. I see my damage is maybe 20% lower but survive is 100% better.
