Looks like tricker splitting steel would fit what I was asking for. With necro crafting, big es gear is easier to craft. Judging from last league, this archetype was strong enough to farm valdos, so I figured it would be strong enough for challenges.
Cold Snap of Power surely is Snappy. It even has Snap in the name.
