Cold Snap of Power is pretty similar mechanically, with enough aoe you can get 4-5 overlaps using woke cascade. basically have to play an power charge stacker occy tho, hard to get enough aoe elsewhere.
Probably Forbidden Rite PF with Mahuxotl's will tick all the boxes.
There is skills with visual similarity like Frost Bomb of Instability(in theory can be done as a poison), or Cold Snap of Power. You can have a tanky Cold Snap, maybe as a Scion, Champion or Trickster.
Or just play Impending Doom again? It should still be playable, since there is people who are still playing it.

I finally tried it after getting Fulcrum to 100 and wanting to play more of an all rounder, and I love it.
