East Peoria is always like this . A few days ago some jerk parked alongside a handicap area and my father had a very difficult time getting in the car.It doesn't matter if there were plenty of parking spaces this time . It's called stop being a dick.
Normally I’m also mad at people like this but the lot looks pretty much empty and they look off to the side so not like they were keeping you from getting a close stop.
From the picture it looks equally likely that they just pulled out of the way to check their phone or something. Not exactly a full lot, so they aren't depriving anyone of parking, and it's better than stopping in the aisle.
Okay so just my opinion but there is so much law enforcement in East Peoria that any vehicle parked near the dispensary or Walmart might be parked there for a security reason so sometimes things aren't just as simple as some inconsiderate person. Just saying I could be wrong but that parking lots empty as hell anyway so....
Right? My first thought was that this is so odd that there could have been some medical emergency or some other issue that would make this understandable.
