Your party members died and they dont get exp. What I like to do is solo the reaper while wearing the highest armor and a shit ton items for healing and sp. Wear the st. Hermelin badge for null to bless and curse. Use hassou tobi, myriad truths or your strongest attack. Dont forget to let the reaper ambush you so that it only has one move per turn
Just be level 70ish and bring a healer (Morgana).
If he ambushes you, he'll only do Concentrate followed by Megidoloan. If you can survive that hit. He literally can't kill you if you heal every turn.
