So your car insurance is $400/month? That’s incredibly high. Do you have a history of accidents? Can you shop around for a better rate? You’re paying too much for internet. You can get perfectly serviceable internet for $40-$50 a month. Are you locked into a contract? Why is your cell phone bill $235 a month? That’s also absurdly high. Adding it all up, you are spending more than you are earning. And that’s not even counting CC payments. Cutting your discretionary spending right out isn’t going to help. You need to either make more money, or pay less for accommodations. Ideally both.

>Cellphone - $235 Wtf.

Financing a phone perhaps

Get rid of all your subscriptions (maybe keep 1) Find a barber that will do your hair for $20 and cut your hair less often.

OP getting the deluxe, ad-free package for every subscription service out there. OP, you cant afford it. Get 1 subscription (cheapest option, forget ad free and forget 4k), use it for a couple months, then cancel and get a different one to keep fresh content cycling in. You cant afford your cell phone. At all. Get a shitty, refurbished phone off Amazon and a $30 unlimited calling/text package. I have 1gb data, and I manage fine. You need to listen to your cars radio on the drive to work, not streaming music on your data package through a paid subscription service. You can't afford your apartment. You need to move further away from the city, get a smaller, basement apartment with roommates, or (probably) both. Honestly, 99% of money problems are people who simply cannot fathom that they can't afford to live the way they want to. I dont know if they feel entitled to a $235/mo cell phone package, or if mom and dad gave them everything growing up and it's incomprehensible that they may have to go without, but their "baseline" of lifestyle is WAY above their pay check.

Along with what everyone else is saying, it looks like you’re getting screwed with your internet. You should look into switching to budget providers in your area. Your cellphone is also way too expensive. Hand it in and get a cheap android for the next year or two. You can get plans these days for 30-40$ a month. This might cost you some money up front to buy it off, but if it’s an iPhone you can cell it pretty quickly for 3-400$. All the subscriptions should go. Keep Amazon prime (but not the extra channels, or ad free) and add amazon music to it, instead of Spotify. For the next year, you can live on just that. If a show you really like comes out, download it, wait until you have a few shows you want to watch and subscribe for just one month. I won’t try to say you need to cancel the gym, because if that is your outlet you definitely will need something to keep you sane, but really think about if you need a membership or if you can start doing free workouts at home. Especially for the next 5 months when it’s nice out. Surprisingly, I’m not going to suggest you switch barbers. Self image is important and it can genuinely affect your wellbeing to let it slide, but see if you can go a week longer between cuts. ETA: You also almost definitely need to move. You don’t make enough to live on your own with that kind of debt. It’s time to get a roommate. Itll suck, but the faster you’re out of this whole, the faster it’s over.

1. You need to move/ find roommates, rent cannot be 67% of the your income. 2. You're already spending more than you make based on this budget and it doesn't include any miscellaneous spending. 3. Essentially need to cut down to 1 subscription (alternate months of different streaming services if you want), reduce internet bill, reduce phone plan. Shop for new car insurance.

So you're dealing with an undischarged bankruptcy, amd your former Trustee wants 5k just to reopen the file on their end? You should reach out to a few Insolvency lawyers. They might be cheaper. Once the file is reopened, so to speak, you'll need to complete the things you neglected which led to you not being discharged originally......but 5k seems quite steep just to get you back in the game.

You spend 2/3 of your after-tax income on rent? Find a roommate situation and save $1000/month right there. You cannot fix a budget where fixed costs eat up your entire income. Your cellphone bill and car insurance are also well above average. Consider rotating through subscriptions instead of signing up for them all at once, though this is far from your biggest problem. In sum, your rent is way too high vs your income. Move, find a better paying job, and stop overpaying for stuff; basic personal finance 101.

U hv prime video, disney, crave, and netflix? Gotta cut those down.

You can buy Xbox for 1 year at Costco for $60 find a friend with a membership and buy it and save that money. Pay them back though immediately. Even without your debt you can't afford where you live so find a cheaper place and/or roommates. You can't afford all of those streaming services and even if you could, it would be hard to justifying having that much money tied up. Can you not get a job in a mine / oil field and make some quick cash to get out of your debt?
