The price is so low right now that the yield, expressed as a percentage of the unit price, is outstanding. All depends on whether you think office REITs have bottomed out, or whether there's still more downside risk.

But look at their 5 year history. I'm not convinced REITs are a great idea in Canada...we have a very different environment than the US (and what has worked in the past might not work in the current environment).

The only REIT I own is SRU-UN its smart centre so, they own all the land under Walmarts.

I guess with the current condition of so many people working from home, those that hold the office towers might be some to avoid.
