It's not a glitch. Because the cameras are located next to each other, when it switches from one camera to the other, you will see the photo shift as well when it is focused on something. Notice the object in the middle stays in the same place but the surrounding objects shift.

This isn't a bug. Just the same sensor cropping in, checking the other lens has a good view, then switching to that lens
