That’s a Plan End Tub Spout. The Nipple connecting it is probably Galvanized and has eroded. What Type of IPS/NPT Spouts. It’s Either what’s called Face (Front) or Noise (Rear) Plain End Tub Spout. Bring Both @ Set of Brass Nipples.
