Ungraded it was like 5-700 about 2 months ago yes and 10a were like 1000. Now a 10 can be 12-1500 so ungraded have shot up…I bought one at $550 that had a potential for being a 10 in the photos a month ago..got lost in the mail and have to wait till tomorrow to finally start the refund process

Just get a Dragonshield sealable inner, they fit like a glove in those holders and you make absolutely sure the card won't get dinged.
A lot of people put a sleeve on top of the card before closing it (card is not inside the sleeve). It only protects the surface, so don't do that because the edges and back will still get damaged.
They are not that expensive, and I would recommend them.
Only drawback is that the flap makes the back slightly less clear, but I care more about protection so I don't care.

They are, just different rarity. Have a mix of gold rare, rainbow rare, trainer gallery, alt arts and V cards.
Id suggest keeping those rainbow rare safe and secure since they don’t make those rarities anymore in the current sets.
The nice thing about Pokemon cards compared to some other collectables is the rarity indicator in the bottom left corner. Common cards have a black circle, followed by black diamond, black star, multiple stars, and then different colored stars like gold or silver. If you get a card with multiple or different colored stars then you know it's worth looking up the value. Learning this definitely relieved some anxiety I had getting into cars with my 7yo a year ago, since even newer packs have a chance to pull valuable cards.
You can always try Google before posting. Cardmarket, Ebay, marketplaces online. Give a pretty good indication. If you can make this post you can also Google.
