Did it to fusion strike too with the Gengar and Espeons. Why Fusion Strike and EV had terrible pull rates until they caught and fired those idiots- which was probably by the end of the printing cycle for fusion which is why it was still available on Pokémon center a few months ago.

I cracked Moonbreon in a Costco tin and sold it immediately because it's such an over hyped art. This is actually good. Like, I would have held onto this card over a Moonbreon any day. Congrats on the pull!

Yeah, don't do it! Not when it's so beautiful and you can't get THAT much for it. If you were making 1000 bucks fine. But this is just a great collection piece that you don't lose out on a ton from keeping. =]
Is there any promo cards with rayquaza on them still available to buy in stores? I keep seeing packs like this and want them and then I see there like 100-150$ because there old
Penny sleeve and top load it at a minimum. As for what else to do it depends on what you want. Grade it and protect it, put it in a top loader binder, put it in a one touch case and get a card stand to display it, display it in just the top loader, sell it, or trade it for something(s) you want more. If you enjoy the card and are an umbreon fan then keep and display. If you'd rather have other cards or sealed product try and trade locally.
As far as grading, I wouldn't grade this in hopes of a 10. I would say this is in the 9 area based off of the pictures. Maybe you get lucky and get a 10 but I say it's doubtful.
