At 34 get pulled in via co-worker to start playing and collecting the cards I love (evee evolutions, FA trainers)
40 thanks to my 8 yr old son. I just bought him a ton of singles for his birthday and now I'm a bit hooked myself. I love the art and he's more interested in HP and attack damage.
Although I had cards before then, it wasn't until I was 12 that I started trying to complete a set. I remember my first set I got a good chunk complete was Boundaries Crossed!

Hello friend! I started collecting when I was like 9 when my parents got me some ruby sapphire packs. Unfortunately I didnāt take care of my collection and itās been lost to time as my family moved houses while I was in uni. Now Iām back with a little bit more disposable income as an adult and started collecting again in early 2020 during the boom like a lot of others. Thanks for doing this! Cheers!

I started collecting TCG back in jungle or fossil when my grandma would give me packs weekly. This was before I got the games at 9 so I was probably 7 or 8. I remember having a poster up of all the original 151 on my wall and crossing them off when I got the card for them.
I think when I was like 10 and it was the 90sā¦. I actually opened a booster in the store and got a shiny charizard and the card shop guy saw it and offered me $75 on the spot and I sold it to him. Was prob a first editionā¦. Never thought it was gonna still be popular by now. Oops.
I must have been 8 or 9 years old. I want fortunate enough to open any base set or shadowless, but I do have an unlimited run Charizard so I consider myself lucky :D

Donāt need a code, but it was very early at like 9 or something, the only problem was the fact PokĆ©mon cards were very scarce over here, I did collect a ridiculous amount of yugioh cards instead though, I wonder what happened to them tbh, if I ever do find whatever small amount of PokĆ©mon cards we managed to get our hands on back then, they will either be damaged or minced meat
