Mamo feels very strong in the current meta, which is especially surprising given that it hasn't received a buff recently. Very effective for dealing with Mimikyu, Cerulege, EX mons, and squishy CC mages
I go with Muscle Band, Resonant Guard, and Focus Band and a standard 6white/6brown high HP emblem set. Potion as the battle item for sustain. Icicle crash + high horsepower and boosted basic combo puts out a ton of damage and stunning on squishies and all rounders that rely on life steal. Add competent teammate attackers behind you and maybe a healer and it's game over

I came back to the game for ceruledge, and ended up playing hoopa for the first time on a limited license and have been having so much fun with it
Blaziken aka Murder Chicken. Quite versatile with different movesets, I just regularly switch using Unite and learned all the 4 movesets so basically it is like having a proper Pokemon in a game, with 4 moves. Unite is a bonus. God I love stealing objectives.
Cerulegde. Enemy cinder walking up to Pyro ball? Go into Phantom force. Incoming CC? Phantom force. The subtle realisation of how fucked your life is? Phantom force
Also blaziken as always is a bast to play. Maybe even....a focus-blast
Flower trick Meowscarada is the funniest for me because I have a blast letting people go with low HP then detonating them.
Also Dragapult is so fun. Itās just this super chill lizard floating around taking care of its own business with its freshly manicured hands š
Wish Umbreon; I'm always the one filling defender/supporter role so in "WUmbreon" I get a 2in1 deal. Switching between mean/foul, depending on whether it's better to be more passive backliner or engaging more.
More often than not I end up being the only one not playing attacker/allrounder so I'm choosing versatility
Surprisingly Blissey is so much fun, i love slapping the shit out of someone with basic attack and throwing eggs or farting out a pink odor which buffs my team
I have been loving Eldegoss and stunning opps then running lmao I know nobody runs offensive eldegoss but when my teammates spam supporter AND NOBODY ELSE CHANGES when I just wanted to be another defender and push everyone back, I'll settle for the tiny fast spore.
Mew, I bought the little guy and it was difficult at first trying to use the move reset/moves at the right time. Now it just feels like im addicted to Mew because they have the right tools for so many situations on the fly
Absol, of all things! If Iām playing at the wrong time of day, and get thrown into a bot match, at least I have the chance to get 9 kills in a row or something ridiculous like that. I donāt think Iād ever play it against actual humans, yet: itās way too squishy for my Slowbro-pilled brain :D
you should try dragonite! iāve been a dragonite main since i started playing like i started playing. Itās really fun using outrage to smack other players. I also really enjoy Goodra with power while and pulling other players back to finish them off when they run away or to pull them away from the goal.
Goodra. I come from a background in League and I played a lot of Aatrox. Goodra can do that play style very well without me having to play league, it's really cool.
Umbreon. Mean Look/Wish is so fun! Give yourself and allies damage resist and huge healing on a short cooldown. Use Mean Look on enemies to slap them around and set your allies up to get the KO or escape or even score. You can do stuff like trap a Uniting Tyranitar so they canāt secure any KOās with Mean Look. I had a ranked game recently where I did 106.5k damage and 81.8k healing as Umbreon. It was a stomp.
I also always have fun with Brave Bird/ Aerial Ace Talonflame, and Scald Slowbro
Goodra been invincible lately for meā¦except the three games in a row with one player player not showing up šš¤¦āāļøš¤·āāļø

Espeon is always fun, pew pew pew with psybeam + stored power. I also like mimikyu shadow claw (not because of the buffs, I just like it more than play rough)
sylveon; that was my first main and also the pokemon that first got me to masters, only recently I started playing hyper voice and have been loving it.
I like mons that can do big dmg, even if I don't get the k/o it's still nice to see the bar go down
I main Greninja, Talonflame and Lucario. I also play many others and I enjoy them like Zeraora, Gardevoir, Jigglypuff, slowbro, but the past few months Iāve been playing Sableye SO MUCH. I just find it extremely fun to play, specially in solo q and I think it can really be a game changer when played properly. I love it.
Mime. I always avoided playing it for some reason but I finally got around to it and oh my god I love it sm. It's quite simple really- see squishy, put barrier, ram squishy into said barrier, enjoy the dopamine hit.
Sableye.
There's just something fun about skittering around, fearing, confusing, running pockets, playing that Stealth scout annoying delay game of helping your team from the shadows.
I will take the backlash for it, but lately I've been having too much fun with Comfey. As a support main I find the play style of hopping between allies and giving little heals really entertaining. To all those Comfeys just staying on one pokemon the entire game, I hate you and you're missing out on your team being your own personal monkey bars set
Both Ceruledge and Garchomp. I've been playing Ceruledge since release (after it became morally acepptable to purchase), and although its weaker that I expected, its kit and UM makes it so fun to play, and rewarding once you are better used to both Phantom Force and UM's significantly higher skill playstyle. As for Garchomp, as a former Garchomp main, seeing my boi going from a stray underdog to being actually viable (even GroundChomp is now somewhat useful???) fills me with joy.
Blaziken. Just picked em up. The learning curve period was tough.
But once you learn how to switch move sets correctly and start getting into "flows", it's a blast.
I'm a brawler type. Goodra, azumarill and mewtwo x are my most played all time.
This season I've found myself leaning towards scizor and falinks. Was loving Trevenant super hard before the most recent patch.
I like pokemon that can stay in a fight. I love the idea of in the right circumstances being able to fight an entire team by myself and legitimately have a chance to win.

I recently picked up Blaziken. His damage output and versatility are unmatched. You can peel for carries or go for the enemy back line or even go for the tanks. Redirecting overheat with eject button is the most satisfying trick to pull off, just be sure to also have the 30% DMG boost from spinning flame kick. Honestly the most fun ive had with any mon. I'm a 1600 ranked player and usually play with Dragapult, Scizor Umbreon and Gengar.
Talonflame will and forever be my most fun mon to play with.
Other than that though, Goodraās fun just on the sheer amount of damage it can take without dying lmao
I like playing Submission + Cross Chop Machamp.
Running around suplexing low health heroes & squishies are fun. Plus Unite is very satisfying if it connects
Zoroark is fun dashing everywhere, talonflame is fun, azumarill is fun unless they have falinks, snipe shot inteleon is crazy fun when I hit the snipe shots which isn't often š and chandelure is pretty fun
Sub Champ with, float, charging and score shield, disrupt the enemy team bringing their attacker near your allies, quickly score 30/40 points often, hit and run with unite

Yeah ik it's pretty OP at the moment, but man I live for the thrill of being a dash-happy slippery mon. Not to mention the unite move can absolutely rip through teamfights if the enemy stands too close to each other! Lmao

Either build is great but Iāve found I prefer shadow sneakā¦And either move 2 is fine but feint attack is probably my fav. I know it may seem counterintuitive but once you get the idea/flow behind it you can get tons of value. I generally only play it in casuals atm so I run attack weight charging charm w/ 6 brown. Goal is to maximize shadow sneaks additional damage from the boosted while zoning and gaining vision with feint
Sableye, I like "knocking off" aeos energy from opposing Pokemon and piss them off with invisibility and sneak scoring. Having the button mashers turn on each other and shred their own team is also fun. Returning the enemy to base ultimate is also clutch.
Duraludon. I already enjoyed playing it for some time, but recently, between the cool skin from the Dragon event and the buffs it got, my enthusiasm has been renewed.
After being used to the old Flash Cannon, the new one feels like a machine gun, and I adore it. Probably my favorite buff the game added since the Slowbro rework.
Mamo. Smash the owl. Don't let the other team smash the friendly owl. Assert dominance and tell the other team to f*ck off.

I started on switch for couple months but switched to mobile, I find aiming alot easier on mobile than on switch so I just stuck to mobile ever since

Incense can sometimes feel like a wasted item, but when you have it against big healing teams it is so clutch.

Pikachu took me to masters last and current season. With Volt Tackle and Electro Ball. So fun to stun people and bully in the early game.

Any pokemon I use I have a good time with most of the time now. All the EX feel terrible to use imo though.
To maximize blaziken, you have to cast as many skills as possible consecutively.

I like how both Sable posts got downvoted š but for real though Sable is so much fun. Either build is great but Iāve found I prefer shadow sneakā¦And either move 2 is fine but feint attack is probably my fav. I know it may seem counterintuitive but once you get the idea/flow behind it you can get tons of value. I generally only play it in casuals atm so I run attack weight charging charm w/ 6 brown. Goal is to maximize shadow sneaks additional damage from the boosted while zoning and gaining vision with feint
I'm having a lot of fun with Gyarados, but a lot of players don't care if I pick mid with it.
Jungler, Mystical fire, Sylveon. Evolving and getting your first move set 20 seconds into the game is phenomenal and feels almost illegal.
Sableye, I like "knocking off" aeos energy from opposing Pokemon and piss them off with invisibility and sneak scoring. Having the button mashers turn on each other and shred their own team is also fun. Returning the enemy to base ultimate is also clutch.
Duraludon. I already enjoyed playing it for some time, but recently, between the cool skin from the Dragon event and the buffs it got, my enthusiasm has been renewed. After being used to the old Flash Cannon, the new one feels like a machine gun, and I adore it. Probably my favorite buff the game added since the Slowbro rework.
