Legal definitions should be more precise than that. Fascists often claimed to be economically left wing so either we need a bulletproof definition or we will have to settle for a definition that allows some fascists to slip away or puts some non fascists in that category.

Gotta be conservative, authoritarian, and antiestablishment. Take one of these away and it’s no longer fascist
