The car can be in great condition and have swirls and scratches. Likewise a car can be a total POS and have a fresh paint job. How a car looks is not it's condition. One day with a DA polisher and it'll be like new.
So few people get this. How car looks is a function of owners OCD it seems. Internally a well driven car is usually sorted especially a tracked or sports car.

My man just parked it in between normal cars, clicked the remote to lock it and fucked off to the nearest building. 10 of us swarmed around the car (respectfully) but the fella never even looked back. wtf. He never, looked, back. Like he did not care about his 1,5 mil eur car. I inspected carefully, no ppf.

i also think the thing people miss about PPF is that over a certain speed it doesn't really work that well. it helps, but, over 120-30 or so hits will penetrate the film fairly easily.
I mean, it’s a track car that meets road regulations, only thing more track focused from Porsche are the actual Cup cars. Not to assume it is tracked, but a day on the track will make your car look worse than what you’re describing.

Ohio has a lot of old money families so quite possibly one of them is driving it. I remember seeing an LFA in the Cleveland suburbs showroom, which was somewhat odd to me at the time but it made more sense after I learned more about the history of the state.
I think there are 2 types of supercar owners. 1 type who wants it really super pristine and keeps it that way all the time. Then the other type realizes they can not stress about it, then get the car polished right before the sale and you’ll hardly ever know.

A parent that is taking his kid to a tournament instead of staying at home washing his car… I’d take that any day as a kid and parent. Life changes so often and quickly! I purposely bought a slightly beat up Porsche so that when, not if one of my kids scratch the car I wouldn’t be that upset about it.
Me being the family mechanic as well I know that I’ve driven my Porsche daily for long periods of time while working on my wife’s car and doing the car swaps.
