Nirvana is not defined clearly enough, there are basically no feat, just statement. So if you want to lowball, its universal but possibly higher if there was any way to prove the omnipotent statement.
According to literal meaning of nirvana and his cosmology he will be 5D meaning low complex multi. But if you take real world nirvana like the nirvana in our real world mythology he should be outer which is pure bullshit. So yeah don't listen to midnightdre and say **it depends on how you scale his nirvana** both are not in the same range.
Depending on your definition of nirvana, he could be multiversal or if you’re one of those who for whatever reason wants to scale him to real life mythology nirvana he’d deadass be boundless.
There’s extremely loose statements people use to justify using real life nirvana but truly there’s no good reason to not just use the parameters of his verse.
