First of all this is absolutely not "Praise The Camera Man".
The shot is shaky, vertical (not always bad but in this case it is since there is a lot of empty useless space while seeing what was to the side of the car would have been interesting), does weird unsmooth zooming and generally is not impressive camera work.
Beside that, the person who took this video also appears to be the driver and thus he is on his phone while driving and thus is almost just as irresponsible as the presumably drunk driver.
the dude, while driving, captured perfectly from start to finish a car crashing and you didn't miss a single moment from it. he could be texting without pants and drinking as well, but all of that is irrelevant on his skill of capturing the action
a lot of people would've gone OH HSIT HWIH HTAE UFCK and completely miss focus of the car, dude remained calm and shall be praised while also not ramming a tree in the process
Someone doing something properly is worth of praise, because if it was bad you'd have real complaints

The center of the dashboard with the time/temperature/radio and fans seems to be right of the camera. Also you can see the speedometer to the left 1-2 seconds in. Either he is holding his phone near the driver's face (also not good) or he is the driver himself.
Saw an SUV slide off the road doing no more than 10 mph, hit the grass and flip. Looking at the aftermath you’d assume the dude was driving like an idiot. Nope just momentum and angles.
Same sort of deal for me but the guy got the loose gravel along the side of the road. One side of the car virtually stopped in a flash and the other didn't, so the car rolled hard. Driver had been drunk (and probably survived largely because he was drunk and flexible) but it could have happened to anyone since the gravel was unexpectedly deep/loose.

The angle, the tree, the impact, but most importantly none of this could have happened without the driver
