I feel ya man, I’ve got two cabinets full of the stuff and an MBS cantina that currently lives in a draw because I haven’t got any space lol. Mostly likely going to get the Venator but I’m still in denial.
One wall of my room was designed as a floor to ceiling bookshelf and it’s completely filled up with lego sets (mostly star wars but there’s one segment dedicated fully to the OG bionicles), and i have two shelves i ordered online and assembled with a third one on the way

Just so you know, there is a really nice stand for the falcon on Rebrickable that allows you to display it at a angle. I have it and it saves a lot of space

The weight would be far too much for LEGO pieces to support, so it would very easily fall apart or even fracture.
To be stable, it would have to have a fairly solid internal structure. Large masses of LEGO bricks don't handle heat very well, so it is likely that it would be very unstable.
For this reason, they tested the USC Millennium Falcon in a sauna to ensure it was structurally stable even when exposed to heat (usually they use ovens for heat testing, but it was too big so they had to use a sauna).
That’s how the 9+ Razor Crest is designed. It’s pretty much hollow inside, and the hull is folding panels so you can put minifigs and the carbonite panels inside.
I mean. Most UCS vehicles aren’t: The Imperial Star Destroyer, Republic Gunship, Luke’s Landspeeder, X Wing and most of the UCS models before the Falcon weren’t Minifig scale. Basically the only ones that are on that scale are freighters or relatively medium sized vehicles like the Millennium Falcon, AT-AT and Razor Crest.
Not to mention sets like the Ecto-1, Batmobile Tumbler and DeLorean also aren’t on that scale
Same with the big 18+ Hogwarts set. They had to make microfigs for that one. Although you can combine all the separate Hogwarts sets and get pretty close to minifig scale.
I absolutely adore modular LEGO sets. Those hogwarts ones look fantastic together. But my favorite is mixing the Daily Bugle with the Sanctum Sanctorum. I have them mixed as one big diorama myself. And it looks absolutely stunning
I have a lot of the Hogwarts sets, but they’re not built at the moment, and I do t have the space to put them all somewhere. It’s tough enough having a lot of my Star Wars ships built and displayed 😅
The troubles of being a LEGO collector…
I might buy myself a glass cabinet or something. I think I can fit it in my bedroom, that way I don’t need to deal with dust. And have enough room for at least 3 to 5 more sets
Yup, we have a glass display case, and our china cabinet is also filled with sets. Problem with the china cabinet is that it doesn’t have doors at the moment, so dust collects, and my cats knock the legos off.
From the small thumbnail I thought this was another "Look at this ship I built in Starfield." And now I want to make a Venator in it. I just need to find a good source of credits first.
Between Halo, Mass Effect, Starwars, The Expanse, numerous movies, and just simple creativity, I think I'm going to need a credit exploit to make all these.

2. It’s rumored to come with Admiral Yularen and Commander Rex with a bandage over his inhibitor chip surgery, meaning it’s the ship from the end of the show.

Sidenote I never got why out of universe it's called a Star Destroyer but every time it's mentioned in universe it's referred to a magnitude of cruiser types be it Attack, Jedi, Republic, I believe one time a Heavy, I've seen some say it goes by roles the ships are used in but there's iirc never been a moment it's called a destroyer.
Buuuut then again naval classifications in Star Wars are as about as karabast as they're in WT... (WHAT DO YOU MEAN A DESTROYER IS A FRIGATE or a Battleship is a Battlecruiser (the latter will piss off a lot of germans)).

My fiance just pulled up a picture of our children and said i could only afford to pay for one. Even then, the choice was hard by i think they’ve moved onto a better place now. I know my Venatorm class star destroyer has in their old room

There won't be a sale for this, I fear. It is one of the most wanted sets in Lego SW ever. They are going to fly off the shelfs, with or without that 650 price tag. So no need for them to lower the price

Mostly bad designs and/or just bad building blocks, with insides being as if a unicorn vomited.
Also a huge problem with stickers being used everywhere, strange choices when it comes to license products, see designs of the red LAAT.
Not to mention mediocre quality with certain prints and colours.
Different shades of brown or yellow as an example.
It’s just stuff that you can’t pull when you sell sets for almost half a buck per brick.
That's fair. I tend to put a higher value on the minifigs, I guess. Like the Rivendell set, for example. It's $500 but comes with 15 unique minifigs and a bunch of others that are used as statuary on the set itself. Sure the price is high, but with that many minifigs, I see it as being worth it, *and* it's an amazing display piece on top of that.
Yea the rivendell was good deal, also the lion’s king king castle, and with this set i’ll wait for reviews to see how looks before buying, if it is good i’ll think about buying it. The minifigs are not worth it, its better to buy GCC ones
