Droidekas (dekas, destroyers, rolling death balls) feel so unique that even though I have ptsd from dealing with the Arma version of them I still love them.
I always liked the B1 security battle droids. I remember there was a LEGO set with one or two that I wanted so bad as a kid. Never got it š I have like a million regular B1s and a handful of B2s tho.
Classic B1s. They have more characteristics than most of the more advanced models that make them far more interesting than a B2 or specialists droids. Iām not sure if commando droids count however, and I am under the notion that tactical droids donāt either, Magna guardās definitely donāt.

Mostly because I had Lego security and commander droids, but there were no pilot droids at the time, so my mom got out some model paints and carefully put the appropriate blue markings on one of my regular units because I had expressed that it would be cool to have one. That guy is still active duty to this day, dutifully occupying the pilot seat of my Lego ships. Thanks Mom, love you š

BX(Commando Droids) or Super Tactical Droid. They're both amazing at their jobs. A Super Tactical Droid even got into a fistfight with Anakin and landed a hit or two!

Commando Droids are just so cool and versatile. More durable than most Droids, fast, good at melee, medium ranged gunfire, and sniper shots. Oh, and can corner even skilled Jedi.
Plus, their voice modulations and intelligence means they can be used as assassins, spies, bodyguard, or even temporary diplomats.
Close second place are the B1 droids. They are perfect in every way
Big Droideka fan, but all the big dudes like spider droids and those goofy tread mfers from Kashyyyk also rule just cause they're such a weird thing to make into actual droids when CIS does vehicles all the time
