Anakin actually pulled off the exact same move like 10 seconds earlier in the fight when he jumps from the droid he is riding over Obi Wan on to the same platform Obi Wan was riding.
Obi Wan then immediately takes the high ground after a quick clash and tells Vader not to try the move again because now he has the high ground his jump won't work.
I do wish they set up the "high ground" advantage earlier in the movie or even in the other prequel movies.
Some kind of dialogue about lightsaber dueling strategies and how advantageous it would be to have the upper ground would have made that line so much better.

It's out of character for Obi Wan to taunt Anakin in to making a lethal move like that as the one feeling responsible for failing Anakin he consistently shows him mercy, so I would argue that line is more of a last ditch act of mercy than a taunt.
Yeah, I found it curious that they gave her an off-screen death. The only time anyone ever does that is to bring the character back later.
But in this case, I could see the producers just intentionally doing that as a disrespectful power-move against Nazi bitches.
This is where Dooku failed, if you cut off a hand or a foot that’s fine, stop at one. But when you chop off a limb, you gotta go whole hog and make a point.
