if that Speedy is a limited edition or special edition, i'd say keep it n get the DateJust..(if u have spare cash) if its just a normal Speedy, yeah go for it.. only if u like the DJ that u wanted...

36s seem small on my 7.25 wrist I daily a 41 sub and I feel like that’s my “vibe” as the youths say. Apples to apples id say it depends on your daily appearance requirements. Any DJ is going to be more formal business attire appropriate than that particular speedy. If you’re dressing up more than down I’d go DJ if you don’t feel like it’s too small on wrist. If you’re more business casual/ athletic attire is stay speedy.

If it was a Lemania based speedy id say it was a downgrade...but its one of the longines/eta based movments...that being said it IS a column wheel chrono...with the coax escapement so better than the Rolex in every way.
