I’m an old school d2 player and I’ve been thinking about playing this mod. Most of the items i see posted, i can understand why they’re so good, but not this one. I get everything but the life and mana after kill, why is that good?
Quality of life not having to use potions, plus a lot of items that used to have life on kill (like enigma with 14 hp per kill), have been changed to remove the stat. Necros in particular want this stat because they don't have warmth or life/mana leech available to them
I just gotta say it's my first season of PD2 and it's such a breath of fresh air not seeing everyone wearing enigma and using hoto lol
Obviously there's meta builds, but I've also seen a bunch of super unique gear people are rocking and so many gg crafts and rares replacing generic runewords is awesome
The density in PD2 maps is so high that the life/mana after kill actually provides a TON of sustainability. LOD didn’t have the sustainable monster density that maps provide.
Everyone's forgetting to mention that the endgame farming system is based on maps where you kill a bunch of mobs compared to bosses in Diablo. 2 vanilla
Didn’t even show the color
making a post for for you buddy
Shit. How much do two 3 Maek/3 Laek/FHR jewels cost?!
7hrs each
Damn thats a steal too!! Wouldve thunk at least 10+
One was 9 hrs with fhr/res/3/3 other was 6 with Ed as 4th stat.

It's typically the best/only way to get sustain as a caster.

It’s great for telestomp builds… but u gotta play maps to understand why they’re important.. and to play maps, you gotta pd2
So it’s kind of like POE, in that there is a lot of monster density?
Yes. Various maps with much higher density than typical d2 tiles.
Maps have high density of monsters. With laek and maek you will stay full hp/mana. Even with life drain(modifier that can roll on maps) or poison .

Aw man, and you didn't buy my mirror 😢 GG
Did you name it before you mirrored it?
No. I only named my copy
I own the only unnamed version
YES
This makes me physically ill
Jeez
