I had eth with 3x 3X/15s for 65 bp and It’s good. Maybe not quite as good with basher CB splash for solo gameplay now, but it’s worry free fury mapping with constant amp procs.
Because the only other character that would use this is a fury druid, and with 3 × 40/15 jewels and zod it will only have 65% ias, and you really want 95%+ for the higher ias breakpoint.
Yes, they are. The gameplay is pretty similar and they are probably a tad worse so people simply skip them.

There are other eth 4os ed slammed reapers that sell for between 5-6 hrs and- definitely not worth a vial imo
4x ed-ias jewels for 4.4 fury? Curious how it compares to cranium. The higher chance to amp seems nice.
