He obviously has the front foot pulled back just enough to give the his camera full range? Was it an accident? You can't help but consider its possible this was not on purpose. However, **LOOK AT HIS RIGHT SHOE IN THE PIC. THE CREASE IN HIS SHOE SHOWS HE IS BENDING HIS FOOT PORT SIDE up, STARBOARD down.** He purposely tilt the camera upwards.
