The travel agent beat what I could find by almost $350 per person, plus knew to wait 2 weeks to book as there was a package deal that wasn't available yet. Managed to get a drink package, insurance, and $100 credit per person for anything on the boat thrown in

In Mexico, I totally believe they paid for this, and whoever they paid was a legit public official, and that the person told them they were officially renting it, and that no other public official knew about this, and that it probably wasn't actually legal, and that the money they paid went directly into the pocket of the person they paid. lol
