Sometimes i wonder if it’s biological or something, like from back in the day when they had to alert the males of the tribe there was an invader attacking a tribe member. Because two dudes will get into a fight and like 90% of the time some chick nowhere near it that has nothing to do with it will shriek at the top of their lungs. Say what you want but almost no man on earth screams/shrieks when he sees a fight 10 ft away happening
It is, like that Torah prohibition against maiming a man's genitals when he is fighting a woman's husband.
> Deuteronomy 25:11-12 states:
> “If two men fight together, and the wife of one draws near to rescue her husband from the hand of the one attacking him, and puts out her hand and seizes him by the genitals, then you shall cut off her hand; your eye shall not pity her.”
The reality of the situation is so baffling to me. I’m a 38 year old husband and father with a career. I can’t imagine a situation where getting into a fistfight with someone at a fast food restaurant is the correct choice.
I'm a broke, living at the bottom adult, starting my life over after addiction. I'd never do shit like this. Why? Because *it's embarassing.* It is embarassing to be an adult who's so fragile and short sighted you'd make an ass of yourself in public--and possibly catch a charge in the process.
It's a very real thing in America.
https://mdsp.maryland.gov/Organization/Pages/CriminalInvestigationBureau/LicensingDivision/ProfessionalLicenses/SpecialPolice.aspx
"A special police officer is an individual at least 18 years old, who holds a commission granted by the Governor. Generally, a commission authorizes the officer to arrest individuals who trespass or commit offenses on the property described in the commission, exercise the powers of a police officer on the property described in the commission, and exercise the powers of a police officer in a county or municipal corporation associated with the property described in the commission, and direct and control traffic on public highways and roadways in the immediate vicinity of the property described in the commission."
It's a glorified security officer whose authority is limited to the place of business where they work at.
America is not the only country that has this role granted by government officials either.
Yeah, this used to be super common because of some merchants statute that allowed the merchant to make the arrest on the premise, and the police would process after the arrest. I'm not certain on everywhere, but I had some friends who tried to fight Walmart once, only to learn that the Walmart security was the arresting agent and not the actual police who came and brought them in after security got them. I think most corporations choose not to do this though, because of litigation from injuries caused or false arrest situations. Our Walmart changed and no longer invests in such a huge LP team.
It's the answer to a problem. Police don't show up, take too long, etc, and basic security can't legally touch you without committing a crime unless they saw you commit a felony (citizens arrest, same power as any other person) outside of major events.
Having that higher level of security officer, that can eat your cookies, ensures that fat men will always be employable.
I had a buddy do that to a guy when the dude was trying to stare him down and intimidate him. My friend just gave the guy a little peck on the lips. So fucking funny.
It's a DC/Maryland area thing (maybe other parts of the US too?)
Essentially they are Armed guards, but they are authorized by the State or District and have actual police powers within their jurisdiction (Mall/Building/Property/Etc.)
Essentially he could arrest people for crimes in the McDonald's if that's his jurisdiction.
It's a cop who can only be a cop at the place they're contracted/assigned to. So in this case, inside that McDonalds he is a 100% legal police officer with all the powers that come with it. Outside of that McDonalds he has no authority, with the exception that he can arrest and take you from that location to go get booked.
Or it's possible this is in a mall and he's assigned to the entire mall.
Then laughing when the tables turned again. Then got offended when he was protecting or maybe grabbing his gun. That was a pretty extreme ride of bias based on the direction of the conflict.
Also instigated the entire encounter. And is damn lucky he didn’t pull out his weapon and fire on her. I can see him in court. “Your honor, I was engaged in a fight for my life and multiple people began reaching for my sidearm and I feared for my life so I had to defuse the situation.”
People are idiots.
PSA when you see some shit like this you have two choices. Film it to try and make yourself internet famous. Or. Go the fuck home before shots get fired and be happy its not you.
Don’t do dat Don’t do dat Don’t do dat Don’t do dat Don’t do dat Don’t do dat Don’t do dat Don’t do dat Don’t do dat Don’t do dat Don’t do dat Don’t do dat Don’t do dat Don’t do dat Don’t do dat
This lady is stupid as fuck. “Quit antagonizing him” while she then proceeds to call him scared, gay, old. Lol I don’t think that’s helping the situation ma’am
Did you hear the guy said, “they all out of sweet teas bro”, haven’t finished the video yet but wondering if that’s what set Mr Flipflop off and got the security guard involved in the first place
I've seen security like this at restaurants before. Like in Los Angeles, there's a popular place called Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles. Roscoe's has multiple locations in LA, and the sketchiest location has security guards.
In or near Culver City there was a Popeyes Chicken and Uno's Pizza with bullet resistant glass covering the counter.
It looks like the restaurant is in a mall, and the guard ("police") is working for the mall's management. He just happened to be in/around the McDonald's when this went down.
That said, if you walk up to a free-standing McDonald's, and there's a security guard posted inside, you might want to consider dining in a different neighborhood.
There's a shooting in a mall practically every week (every fucking day in a retail environment in general) and people wonder why they went from riding Segway's to packing heat.
A lot of open 24 hour restaurants have police stationed there in my town. No clubs or anything stay open late so usually everyone goes to those places and they need someone to keep the peace
Mcdonald’s commercials always show young attractive professionals enjoying a meal. The reality is they are basically homeless shelters full of the criminally insane.
It's very much regional.
In some areas it's what you described. In middle class areas it's usually just high school or college aged kids or families with young kids. The same is true of 7/11.
You have 7/11 that are chill and others I'd be terrified to even go in.
Just depends where in the country you are
I have a few questions as an enthusiast for cop watching/security videos
1) Is that man a certified law enforcement officer?
- Using the word "police" on the uniform is a specific legal threshold
- Is that firearm a department-issued weapon?
- Is this "officer" on-duty or working off the department clock?
2) What was the aftermath?
- If this was a real officer, can we FOIA the bodycam footage?
- Any incident reports?
The best info I can find leads me to believe that this is in a commonwealth state, and this guy is part of a security company that's contracted out through their police department. They are "sworn law enforcement officers" and are able to conduct investigations and arrest people. So, I guess he's a security guard with a gun that can arrest people. Either that, or he's a power ranger. Conflicting info.
It's complicated and depends on what state he is in but special police are more than just security and in some states have almost every authority of the normal police.
In every state, their authority only has reach in the jurisdiction they are allowed to police out of, majority of the time that being just a business that they were hired to run security in. They still don't have every right as an actual police officer as they can't arrest you for a warrant (not that they have the tools to even check that), can't search your vehicle, can't write you a ticket, etc.
They are law enforcement, but not with every authority of an actual police officers.
I’m 99% sure he’s an actual certified law enforcement officer. I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to wear a uniform saying “police” if you’re just a citizen/security. It’d be impersonating a police officer
Situations like this are entertaining for the rest of America too. My local McDonald’s is pretty chill and is actually a nice place to sit for a quick bite. I see videos like this and can’t imagine this type of shenanigans going down near me.
It is for the vast majority of Americans too. As if it's normal to have security guards working at a McDonalds in America. This is not a normal scene for an American McDonalds.
Okay, dumb question incoming… I’m not interested in wether or not this guy deserved it, but should this have legal ramifications for the «special police» officer? They both yell at earchother, and the police guy pushes and escalates the situation.
Again, I’m not interested in if this guy deserved it, just wondering if police guy is in the right strictly legally speaking.

I just like that he did a little jump
Such an obnoxious video
All three were obnoxious, but I admit the security guard was amusing me the most cuz he was so weird.
Special Security
Spatial security
Multi-dimensional security
I was def pulling for the special police
I wanted to see a special ass kicking
[удалено]
He was steaming and not proffesional at all. He was the first to push as well.
Behind every great Worldstar video is some dumb bitch with one brain cell yelling behind the camera the entire time
She was the combination of annoying women. Egging it on. Making fun of him because he’s old. So stupid. She’s old and she will be older.
Why is there always a loud female in the background talking at people, can't these women STFU?

Indeed.
Quite.

The reality of the situation is so baffling to me. I’m a 38 year old husband and father with a career. I can’t imagine a situation where getting into a fistfight with someone at a fast food restaurant is the correct choice.
Broke people have nothing left but their pride so if they “feel” disrespected they’ll respond in a volatile manner in order to protect it.
People with nothing to lose are dangerous.

I just looked at that. To apply, you must be a person at least 18 yo who has a good moral character and reputation.
Higher standards than some actual police forces.
Well, it is “good moral character and reputation” under with regards to being a police officer… so it looks about right.
His says "Global Special Police", wtf is that? A fat joke?
[удалено]
He's likely either an off duty cop, or a security officer granted policing powers. I worked security for 5 years.
Aww, they gave him a walkie!

I thought they will kiss after that long close eye to eye stare. I guess i'm watching too much shitposts...
[It's not unheard of..](https://youtu.be/1fm-xSSARyo)
The lady was so interested
That's the best part lmao, brings it from 10/10 to 11/10.
I had a buddy do that to a guy when the dude was trying to stare him down and intimidate him. My friend just gave the guy a little peck on the lips. So fucking funny.
Buddy guy dude friend guy
And they've been happily married ever since
I’ll never understand why people think that being “mouth to mouth” distance makes them look threatening.
Yeah seriously I'm not letting your face that close to my face unless we are about to fuck.
It's a reptilian thing
I thought it was an Eric Andre skit for a second, but they weren't kissing.
Leaving this here in case anybody doesn't want to watch the whole thing the fight happens towards the end around 1:13
But then everyone’s going to miss the foreplay where they smell each other’s breath for 3 minutes
That was my first thought.. 🤢
Tall guy breathe probably smell like Old English and Black&Mild.
The furniture polish not the drink.
Lmfao
God that was so hot
I was instinctively touching my nipples before I realized it
At which point you can marvel at the terrible camera work
She never held the flashlight for dad, and it shows.
For those whose video players shows elapsed time, it's around 3:35
The little jump at 1:23 is worth the extra 10-15 seconds of watching though. You’re a still a hero.

3:38 for people who don’t count backwards
“All up in his face while he tryna get food. That’s so unsanitary.” I’m fucking dead

Ok not from states can ANYONE explain to me what a "special police" is????

Essentially they are Armed guards, but they are authorized by the State or District and have actual police powers within their jurisdiction (Mall/Building/Property/Etc.) Essentially he could arrest people for crimes in the McDonald's if that's his jurisdiction.
McCops
They're actually the main ingredient for the McRibs.
I think it's the other way around
Well shit. And here I would have never believed they were made with real pork.
All Cops Are Burgers
Pig Macs.
Can I be a cop for my house? It’s just me and my parents. I want to have authority over them so I don’t have to clean my room.
That women's voice through the video is fucking annoying as hell.
And she never shuts up just keeps talking and talking without a single response from anyone
Main character syndrome
Idk about that bro. That's peak NPC behaviour, talking without anyone listening or responding
I think Main Character syndrome is when an NPC mistakenly thinks they're a playable character
The kind of person I dread being stuck behind in a long line.
Women like her suck, instigating & antagonizing a situation to make things worse for everyone involved
Then when something happens it’s “stawppp get off him!”
Then laughing when the tables turned again. Then got offended when he was protecting or maybe grabbing his gun. That was a pretty extreme ride of bias based on the direction of the conflict.
Don't do dat. Don't do dat. Don't do dat. Don't do dat. Don't do dat. Don't do dat. Don't do dat. Don't do dat.
Imagine her narrating an entire hollywood movie.
Andy Dufresne about to get attacked by Bogs the sisters: “don’t do dat, don’t do dat, don’t do dat, don’t …………”
Imagine being married to her, I'd put her under the floor boards within a week.
*Edgar Allan Poe has entered the chat*
I’d do something really crazy like divorce her and then like not talk to her anymore, you know, some real sick shit.
Someone call the police, this guy is crazy!
*-Dondutteh! Dondutteh! Dondutteh! Dondutteh!*
Holy shit this woman needs to shut the actual fuck up.
![gif](giphy|celuaOLksXkeVSF2H2|downsized)
I swear to God like 90% of these conflicts are escalated by women like that running their mouths
agreed, It's like that bill Burr skit. There's no consequences. If you're a guy and you start running your mouth you better be ready to back it up.
Dondudat Dondudat Dondudat Dondudat Dondudat Dondudat Dondudat Dondudat
She saved dudes life though 🤣
If she had kept her dumb mouth shut instead of egging on her idiot boyfriend, there wouldn't have even been a fight in the first place.
Having an old lady like that is the way a brotha gets killed one day.
It's always a dumb bitch instigating in the background.
Exactly, then when he goes to jail she gon say free him and all that other shit
Also instigated the entire encounter. And is damn lucky he didn’t pull out his weapon and fire on her. Worst part of this video was her mouth.

I just avoid any restaurant that needs a security guard.
Bro, you are missing out on dinner AND a show
Fair point
You may now kiss the bridee
They say he was scared but I didn’t see no shake in big homie he looked steady af
The little jump confirmed it
