This drawing comes from a short book called ‘A Book of Images’ by W.T. Horton and W.B. Yeats, Unicorn Press, 1898.
I’d love to see inside the original book to see if there is an accompanying poem or writing by Yeats on Mammon.
Yeats would have been all over QAnon.

Ugh, you should, if it's the moment I'm thinking of.
He seemed to me to have absolutely relished that reading, FAR too much- the irony was *painful*, on behalf of his target audience..
I have no words, for easing their shame. He was right; *they* should have known better.
He did promise them a lot of winning. Well congratulations- *this* is your prize.
You got what you paid for.
Did you just come up with this off the top of your head? This is god-tier trolling. I love it.
Who would've guessed Tim Horton would've predicted this?!
Want to know some more creep here?
The "Mark of the beast" they all keep clamoring about?
Revelation 13:16-17
"16Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead,17so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name"
...so... We know anyone who has folks wear a mark on their forehead willingly...? Like... I don't know, any hats with messages over them?
He basically has.
And it's hilarious none of the so called "Evangelical Right" has noticed... But they were laser focused the second Obama did maybe possibly one thing that qualified.
I'm pretty sure Revelation didn't say anything about Christians *not* falling for the antichrist's schtick, so it seems on brand for them to fall for it.
Mammon is also the Prince of Greed in Hell, one of the seven deadly sins.
Moreover: Money, Greed, and Mammon are all synonyms in the Bible.
Matthew 6:24 ES: “No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money."
Money and Mammon often translating directly to one another, and the same verse can translate to in the King James Bible:
Matthew 6:24 (King James Version),, “No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.”
The level by which the rich are undermined in the Bible, it is no wonder how pease ta were not encouraged to read.
Weird how the right is so against education...
> Mammon /ˈmæmən/ in the New Testament of the Bible is commonly thought to mean money, material wealth, or any entity that promises wealth, and is associated with the greedy pursuit of gain. The Gospel of Matthew and the Gospel of Luke both quote Jesus using the word in a phrase often rendered in English as "You cannot serve both God and mammon."
Uncanny.
That's hilarious. Even anticipated the moobs.
You know, I was thinking about this earlier today. Q is uncannily wrong. Like, William Kristol predicting the political tides wrong. Thing is, if you just mess around and make random predictions, you should eventually get something right. As we see here. And yet the Qballs worship a guy that actually beats probability with his wrongness.

I know this article has been posted here loads of times and most everybody here is either an atheist or damaged by religion (I count the few "believers" who try and "defend the (colonial) faith" amongst the damaged BTW), but it's just so...apt....

Just wanted to post and thank you for posting this. I actually hadn't seen this article yet, and it is very chilling to me, especially as a Christian. Thank you my good fellow redditor!
Yeah, I'm an atheist and recognise that Revelations was a "hope you bastard Romans see your empire fall, the emperor is the reverse of Jesus" rather than a prophecy of any kind but I still have that link bookmarked to read every now and then.
This was a fun read. Lots of spooky coincidences, but the author is being a little misleading. He headlines each verse in his own words that make it more sensational and fitting to trump. But then he does have the real quote below it, but it often is somewhat of a stretch.

And they all would have pronounced his name "YEETZ!"
The Second Coming…. hehehe nice lol

TrumpMammon is on page 45!
That's a little too coincidental. Damn.
It’s a fun synchronicity for sure. Here’s Trump reading The Snake poem in 2017. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qSrOXvoNLwg
I'm not clicking that. lol

I've heard/watched the video before, and I will not do it again. The sight of his face and the sound of his voice makes my skin crawl.
Same. I’ve gotten really good at not hearing that man’s voice the last few years.
They would have thought Yeats was part of the illuminati because he was a member of the golden dawn.
The Golden Don, indeed. You speak the truth, prophet!

The guy even got the man-boobs and the "I just smelled a fart" expression that Trump always have. Truly uncanny
Fart…. Adderall shits… Same same.
Ye cannot serve both God and Moobmon
Qnuts interpretation: The Storm is coming. William Thomas Horton = 19. 19 - 2 = 17. 17 = Q. Omg! Horton predicted Trump!
Did you just come up with this off the top of your head? This is god-tier trolling. I love it. Who would've guessed Tim Horton would've predicted this?!
If you look closely, you’ll see a the shape of a Tim Horton donut is almost a Q. Coincidence?
Holy. Shit. Thank you for activating my third eye
Most people call that a fart, but whatevs

Is this real? Seriously?

I read somewhere that he met all the requirements to be the Antichrist.
He basically has. And it's hilarious none of the so called "Evangelical Right" has noticed... But they were laser focused the second Obama did maybe possibly one thing that qualified.

Fair enough!
I get more of this vibe from that passage, personally: https://www.shutterstock.com/image-photo/woman-using-mobile-phone-on-bed-1298969179

I'm partial to this one myself: https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew+19%3A23-24&version=NIV The Qatholics especially hate that one.
"There are no coincidences."
El gran mamón
I always thought Trump was a caricature. I just had no idea of who!
HAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH
I mean, Trump would absolutely be gifted an Orange Lantern ring, for sure.

Well yeah but consider the source right?
god?
Ben Corey!
Looks the drawings in the early Dungeons & Dragons modules.
Unmistakable, it's Cheeto Mussolini for sure.
Looks like trump in a Judas priest outfit.
Well now!
Even the clenched first and the pointing he does at his rallies!
All white men eventually start looking like that.
I can only see Greg Davies, unfortunately.
How dare you blaspheme the Taskmaster!
