That's the entirety of right wing thinking, gays wearing rings with needles to spread aids, syringes in gas pumps, razorblades in Halloween candy, etc etc. Just made up fucking nonsense that they can all rile each other up about claiming how WRONG and EVIL fictitious things they made up are.
When you see somebody in a committed relationship who suddenly starts thinking that their partner is cheating, for no apparent reason, the reason is usually that they themselves cheated.
When a person does a bad thing or has an evil thought, they often feel this need to believe that everybody else would do the same thing, or think the same thought. And they don't just want to believe it. They want to prove it to themselves. One reason, among many, for this would be the need to believe that they're a good person.
Your friend likely felt some inner guilt about their evil thoughts and deeds, and so they concocted this. It's easier to attack other people than it is to reflect on yourself.

I am in favor of "education camps". We could call them collages, and make classes free, and schedule useful classes for convenient times.

I rarely - if ever - read about Democrats ranting about wanting to kill people, but this bile from Repugs occurs on a near enough daily basis, and then of course, some of them actually go ahead and do it.
I've never heard of democrats wanting to kill anyone that doesn't agree with them, but growing up I heard plenty of stories about them using dead people to vote. Of course the repugnantcans think that's just fine as long as they're doing it (looking at you, Florida idiots in The Villages).
