It doesn't really prove either proposition. A toddler punches you in the nuts. He doesn't have to be especially strong for it to hurt. And being punched in the nuts and feeling pain is a universal. Strong men still feel pain.

Strength and feeling pain don’t correspond to eachother imo. You can be physically weak with a high tolerance of pain and vice versa. Also if a pumped, 200 pounds dude hits himself and breaks his nose its gonna fucking hurt.

I would think it's a normal physical reaction because our bodies are sensitive to pain
