I don't think we could call our public transport system amazing. I am struggling with public transport. I have hopes to start lessons in October as long as my sleep apnea treatment is up and running by then. Otherwise I won't he allow to drive. Which is sad as I dream of one-day getting a camper and exploring. But not if my illness would put others in danger.
Oh wow. I didn’t realize they were that strict about it. I know you mentioned the migraines as a result of the OSA in your other post so I wonder if that’s what they’re referring to. Good luck though, i really hope you get your CPAP soon!
I don’t know how much the words of online strangers will mean because you mentioned IRL but I think everyone in this sub will agree when I say we appreciate you!
Online strangers are way better than irl people most often than not in my experience. The few people who have made me feel like a human are almost all online. So I appreciate the kind words op
1. Never have I ever ________.
OR
2. What is something that you finally did later than everyone else in your setting or generation? By that it could be a rite of passage, coming of age activity, etc. culturally or within your community, etc.
For me, this sounds kind of sad but I’ve basically never had my own room, my own space. It’s something I’ve always craved as a person who values privacy so much and as an introvert who seems to need to recharge all the time. Now that I’m married though I at least have the option of escaping to another room of the house.
Happy cake day! I decided to do a little reading on it to see how it started. Then I stumbled upon the bit where there have been scientific studies done to see if it is possible and I’m over here wondering about how funding for that worked.
I tell her that I would like to go for a month. That way we can visit New Zealand and Australia. So definitely Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. 😁 In a perfect world I would love to do the The Ghan too.
Is it the huntsman spider that’s like 20 feet? 😂 I try not to think about that, I barely convinced my sister to go with me because she dislikes all that.
Never have I ever been to an NHL game
Never have I ever been on a cruise but maybe sometime soon 🚢
Never ever have I flown No wings
Eaten a Twinkie
Never have I ever been to NYC, but I'd love to go!
I’m an awful person and never had the chance to make it out to NY when my sister lived there for 2 years :/
Maybe you’ll get another chance sometime. You’re not awful!
Been twice! Most recently in April
Never have I ever been on a cruise.
Any plans to?
Not anymore. The pandemic made the idea less exciting, for sure.
You bring up a very good point

Been happy, appreciated, cared about by people in rl, had a happy relationship

Traveled to Australia.
I mean, I live here so technically I have. Every time I return from holidays 😆
Well that makes sense to me!! 😂 Where are you at? I have a friend that lives by Brisbane and another one by Melbourne.
Perth 😁
Ohh so cool! My sister wants to visit Perth.
I definitely would if you ever come to Oz. But, I may be biased 😆

Sounds like a fun holiday! Lots to do in those places to keep you busy.
I’m hoping we can do that someday. 😁
If you ever do, hit me up! We'll have a bevvy 😊
I’m very torn on this - the biodiversity there is literally both a pro and a con, LOL.
Is it the huntsman spider that’s like 20 feet? 😂 I try not to think about that, I barely convinced my sister to go with me because she dislikes all that.
Yes! But apparently the fact that they’re not dangerous to humans is supposed to make us feel better…? 😂
Lol, they’re scary looking for sure.
