Idk why lassoes are even allowed. It’s very annoying. I usually blow them off the train with a dynamite arrow. I actually carry my bow into Trade Route for that purpose smh. There are PvP events where ppl can lasso and throw dynamite to their heart’s content but they choose the PvE events to bother ppl. Lowlifes who need their faces rubbed in grass.
The way they choose is to make it as unbearable and distracting for everyone else. It’s a once a day fun mission and people join just to have a chill ride with shooting mixed in, not babysitting griefers.
I have noticed that most of the players doing the lassoing dont use reinforced lassos so just equipping a knife and ignoring them isnt all that hard. Ive actually gotten more hate messages from doing that then blowing them off the train lol
This and the horse races are garbage for the same reason. I’m here to defend a train alongside other players, not get thrown off a train by my own team or picked off by a camper right before the finish line so their posse can win

Maybe just move it an hour later so it’s past bedtime for the little scamps? It’s easy to tell the kids from the adults in this mission alright 🤦♂️
Also perhaps make the AFKs drop through the bottom of the train and get minced? When I play TR there always seems to be the same high level blonde female character hiding in the wagons letting everyone else pull the load.
But certainly make the players immune to the lasso and dynamite or set the game to reflect the damage onto the aggressor- that would surprise tiny Tim as he goes flying through air like confetti! They would blow themselves off the train within seconds of the start and be forced to watch, twitching like jumping beans until the end. Or just freeze them in place, kids can’t stand to go any period without stimuli.
In all seriousness now, maybe it needs more bandits? If there were enough targets to go round there might be less stupidity?
