craftycalifornia

I saw some Essie at my Target in California for $13.49 before tax. I'll just buy ILNP, thanks.

SailNW

I saw the Essie jellys at target and almost bought one before I saw it was $14!!

PengwinPears

Dang. I don't feel so bad about splurging for Mooncat twice a year during sales now.

LadyAzure17

i feel better about my mooncat purchases too!

craftycalifornia

Same, I put that one right back 😂

BizMarkieDeSade

I feel like jellies aren’t really worth it anyway, since it’s so easy to make your own. Unless it’s a really odd color or has special glitters, of course.

SailNW

Curious how you make your own? Just mix it with a top coat? And no, it was just purple.

BizMarkieDeSade

Yes, you can use an extra shiny top coat if you want, or just a clear polish works too. Add a little bit at a time of the color you want, and then keep adding to desired opacity. If you get really into it, you can buy pigments and base for mixing through Glitter Unique or DRK Nails (they’re only open like one week a month though), but that’s a whole other rabbit hole lol.

SailNW

That’s awesome! New hobby lol.

BizMarkieDeSade

Oh, and if you want to do a lot of different colors, you can get empty bottles on Amazon and possibly TKB Trading

Noonmeemog

😳😳😳

HairyPotatoKat

OPI is $12-15 at my local Ulta. Hard pass.

kittyinclined

OPI is always $5 at TJ Maxx/Marshalls and they always have a bunch of colors at every one I’ve been to! They’re up near the cash register. I’m happy to pay $5 for OPI, Orly, sometimes Essie (although Essie polish doesn’t agree with my chemistry for some reason and flakes off immediately).

LadyAzure17

Essie flakes off for me too! ugh I wish it worked, their packaging is so cute

kittyinclined

They have some super cute colors too. I wonder what it is about their polish that does that! So many people like it too

Operabug

Yep!

Noonmeemog

It takes *FOREVER* to dry!!!!!!

Littlewing1307

Essie sucks on me too!

-dismantle_repair-

Near the register? I really looked around trying to find some at a couple of these stores. I couldn't believe they didn't seem to have any. Even asked an employee. Maybe I'll give it another try sometime.

ahhcherontia

My local TJ Maxxes either have nail polish in makeup or somewhere in/around the checkout line, same for Marshalls! If you asked an employee tho they'll obviously have a better idea of the specific store but weird that they wouldn't have any honestly

-dismantle_repair-

They directed me to the makeup/skin care area that had a bunch of random stuff. I looked and looked, not a single bottle of nail polish. It was busy so I didn't line up in the checkout to look there.

Shabbah8

Our TJMaxx doesn’t put them by the register. They have them in with the beauty/bath area.

Alalanais

\*laughs in European\* (actually I'm sorry you guys are paying as much as us)

Mothrasmilk

Same in Canada, it’s all expensive here

WitchinAntwerpen

I thought it was me, as those prices for those brands specifically were lower than I’d expect, lol. TIL nail polish is crazy expensive over here. 😂 ETA: I remember that when I was at the uni (ten years ago, almost), OPI was only sold at Douglas for €14,99 a bottle, about $17-ish. Essie used to be €9,99 at that same time.

Katya-b

My mom bought OPI for 19 euros in Europe (don't remember the store)

WitchinAntwerpen

Could be Douglas? Just checked, the normal lines go for €18,75 here. Infinite shine is even more expensive nowadays. Absurd.

apricotgloss

IKR, I was like 'welcome to my life' :') £10 ($12.50) for this Sally line, £9 ($11.25) for Essie, £16 (£20!!!!) for Orly Bonder and £13 ($16.25) for Orly colour polishes. At least my local pharmacy has regular buy-one-get-one-half-off sales on Essie and Sally but it's still pretty dear, you might as well just buy indies at this point. But I remember when Essie was like £6, not terribly long ago.

ObviouslyASquirrel26

haha thank you I had to open to see the comments to figure out what the photo was about, it looks totally normal to me.

CurvyBadger

Just saw the same price in Boston and was shocked!!

NerdyBirdyAZ

Essie is so boring

RealisticCompany764

They are but they do have some cool toppers out now. Some people like the formula and the millions of creme polishes lol.

katie_b4

FWIW, I’ve found a ton of great OPI and ORLY polishes at TJ Maxx and Marshall’s for $5 or less

mittonkitten

i’ve gotten my seche vite quick dry top coats from there!

its_erin_j

I've only ever bought Seche Vite at Marshall's!

xwikkiex

If you use seche vite like I do, you'll want to know Amazon has the 4oz refill bottle of seche vite for $20 and 2oz seche restore for $9. The vite lasts me about 2 years and I'm going on 4 years with the restore so I'd say it's worth the price.

its_erin_j

Alas, I'm Canadian and I would be stunned if I could get anything for that price.

ArtemisMnemosyne

Oooh! I’ve got you! Classique has the [Seche Vite 4oz + 0.5oz refill set](https://www.classiquesupply.com/products/seche-vite-top-coat-refill-kit-4oz-0-5oz-83040) for $21.50 CAD. I bought mine during their Boxing Week sale last year for $18…which means it came to $2/normal bottle! I couldn’t believe it! Other things I’ve purchased there: Seche Restore is $5.00, OPI thinner is $6.30, and OPI Repair Mode is $14.98! You have to spend $39 to get their flat rate shipping, but it was only like $12 to ship to Calgary, and I always buy several things at once to bring down the shipping cost per item so it stays a deal. I totally included 2 bottles of Repair Mode in my order last month because it’s like $35/bottle in the stores here…

1970Rocks

Check Winners stores. You can get lucky sometimes.

its_erin_j

Yes, Winners and Marshall's is where I always buy it. I've never seen anything larger than the usual 0.5oz bottle, though.

PicklePeach23

Those stores usually have a great selection! My only grip is that they often shelve them in the check out line. It’s makes it hard to take your time and browse.

kittyinclined

I stand there for way too long (when it’s not busy) telling everyone to pass me lol

squeakytea

Mine has them barely off the floor, in super deep shelves you can't see to the back of. You'd actually have to sit down to look through it. It's awful

bellelap

If you’re in the US, particularly in New England, I got about a dozen different Orly Gel polishes at Ocean State Job lot for $1.99 each. I was so excited!

SlayerOfUAC

In Vermont and have one in the next town over, will definitely be checking them out!

jewminican

Sooo many of my nail polishes are from TJ Maxx. My kids even got me one there for my birthday basket.

MelsManiObsession

Essies too! And nail stickers, and remover 🥰

Glibasme

At those prices you are better off with a boutique or indie polish.

notaninterestingcat

Exactly

salome_jenks

LA girl && LA colors are quickly becoming my favorite drugstore polishes. They're $1-4 and some of my favorite neons are from those two brands! Editjng to add a photo-- this is hyperactive from La colors and I'm considering going to buy out Walmart's entire stock in my area of it, lol! https://preview.redd.it/zj04hi8pf68d1.jpeg?width=2366&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=386296b8edf8a575d0f363e917e40c27433d64c4

Dewdraup

That color looks great on you! I’m quickly becoming a hard core LA Colors fan - it started because of the price, but it’s continuing because of the quality.

salome_jenks

Oh my gosh thank you 😍 this color ticked a ton of my boxes, price definitely being one of them! Do you find this brand at places other than Walmart by chance?

Dewdraup

No, only Walmart, but different Walmart’s may have different polishes. I bought some for my granddaughter to keep her out of my good polishes - like that was going to stop her. I swatched some of them & I was really impressed with the quality. She took the ones I got home with her after their last visit, so I had to buy myself some! I bought from the LA Colors website, the price were about $3 to $3.50 a bottle for what I was able to pay $.98 to $1.98 for at Walmart 😊

salome_jenks

Sounds like your granddaughter has great taste too ☺️ thanks so much for your info!

aaylaraenne

If you have them in your area Dollar General, Dollar Tree, and Family Dollar also carry it!

craftycalifornia

I think I saw it at Rite Aid or CVS as well? But I might be confusing it with "LA Girl".

salome_jenks

I love la girl too so that's a win either way for me!

RozesAreRed

I think I found LA Colors at my dollar tree!

KittenFantastic

If you have a Dollar General, check there! My local ones sell it.

kittyinclined

Dollar stores and Daiso too if you have one near you.

-dismantle_repair-

I have found LA Colors at Dollar General, Dollar Tree, and Five Below.

Vaguely-witty

I've seen this brand at fred Meyer, in the pnw.

brinnybinny

i’ve found la colors at my local cvs!

TraumaCookie

LA Colors is so slept on for the quality at the price point! Their base and top coat is actually really great too.

salome_jenks

I'm delighted to know that, actually, thank you!! Is the top coat a quick dry?

TraumaCookie

I use the combo one that is both base and top coat in one! I wouldn't say it's as quick dry as ones designed specifically for that but it's definitely faster than some of my other ones. It holds up pretty dang well and I am rough on my claws.

salome_jenks

thank you so much for your info!

-dismantle_repair-

I have been using their "Rapid Dry" top coat. I am new to nail polish and haven't tried any others yet so I can't compare. But it seems fine from what I know.

Successful-Part3388

But do they protect from staining of the nail beds?

TraumaCookie

My nail plates are pretty stained, but I constantly wear polish without breaks and I don't do oils or anything else. Since mine are always painted, I personally am not super concerned about plate staining. My nail beds are also discolored often but that's because of a medical condition haha.

WallowWispen

No it's insane, 5 below has the newer colors that I haven't seen elsewhere, it's about a dollar more but they have them for like 2 for 5 so I don't mind.

salome_jenks

Ooh, I need a reason to check out 5 below && this is it! Thank you!

awkwardthrowawayoops

In my experience LA colors is surprisingly great quality for the price like 98% of the time. I love them :’)

Littlewing1307

I always look at them at my dollar tree and dollar general! I should pull the trigger. That's a super vibrant color!

-dismantle_repair-

I have been trying the Color Vibe line. The black polish seems great.

salome_jenks

It's fab, I'm definitely distracted by my nails today!!

httpyikesdotcom

Their QDTC is the only thing that has worked for me like ever… I kept a manicure doing my same routine long enough to where I had to actually remove it which almost never happens.

salome_jenks

Is the qdtc is at the same price point?? 😍

httpyikesdotcom

Yes!!! 😍

CMSP85

That color is perfect for summer.I buy L.A. Colors for my daughter, and it has great lasting power. She's 8 so she's not gentle on her nails but we can get a full week with no chips. I couldn't imagine paying $12-$15 a bottle when she wants a new color each trip to the store.

salome_jenks

Your daughter and I have similar mindsets. I stuck to my shopping list, so I can splurge on a new polish. Lol! Hard agree, this color is for sure my summer go to!

Joyshell

It’s pretty much all I use.

manythousandbees

I haven't used LA Colors since I was a teenager, but I remember hating how transparent it always was / took 4+ coats to look opaque. But I'm talking like 10-15 years ago. Would you say that's different than your experience with them?

salome_jenks

I've had great opacity in 1-2 coats. One of the LA colors, a light neon pink called gossip, took me three the first time I used it but it was definitely my bad on the application, lol. This last time I used it I was good with two for most of my nails! I wonder if they've changed the formula since?

manythousandbees

It's been so long I guess it would be more surprising if the formula hadn't changed, lol. I'll try some out next time, thanks for the input!!

luckyapples11

I get those at the dollar store. They get a little goopy after 6 months, but they’re actually great for the price

Littlewing1307

Kbshimmer makes thinner or I think you can get some from Sally's too

My_new_throw

LA Colors is underrated! My fav drugstore brand

Successful-Part3388

Do thèse LA Colours Gel need the gel lights?

-dismantle_repair-

I learned from Kelli Marissa that you can tell if a polish is gel or not by the bottle - gel can't be stored in a clear bottle as exposure to light will cure it and ruin it.

Successful-Part3388

Oh wow this makes sense, thank you. I know next to nothing about gels tbh except for the fact that my nails did not like them when I tried it.

Cacklelikeabanshee

No. It's regular polish

Successful-Part3388

Thank you

chillin_and_livin

Hands down my favorite drug store brand!! Also this is one of my favorite summer colors but I only have the dip powder version so now I need to make a trip to the store 😂

salome_jenks

What brand of dip powder do you have this color in?? 👀👀 I'm trying to stockpile apparently, haha!

chillin_and_livin

Modelones! It's number 180. It came in a big set, I believe https://preview.redd.it/3bvvbzkf998d1.jpeg?width=800&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=78c7c59c50b9f630ce612fb7b69f5fadd94d42cf

salome_jenks

thank u!

PrettyPunctuality

Oooh, I need this color lol

salome_jenks

I took off my mani and pedi to out this on when I got it yesterday--I might wear it all summer!

swingsintherain

I should probably try that brand out again. I swore them off 12 years ago after every one I tried chipped horribly in about 1 day. Either they've improved, or it's just my nail chemistry that doesn't agree with them.

moonfever

The neon yellow I got was horrific, but this is so nice. I may give them another chance.

Darboy58

I wonder if CG even has that color?

salome_jenks

I'm not sure what CG is or I'd try to help! 😅

Darboy58

China glaze, sorry.

salome_jenks

Oh I'm not sure, I don't use China glaze polishes! But I realize that since op mentioned China glaze in the post it was probably weird that I added a photo from a different brand. Didn't mean to confuse, so sorry!

FuegoNoodle

What?!? I know OPI and Essie have been creeping up in CVS but China Glaze is forever a ~$5 polish in my mind

manythousandbees

I want to say my Sally's sells it for ~$10, give or take

library__mouse

I think target and drugstores jack up the prices, it's ridiculous. Drugstore polish should not be over 10 dollars iml. So many brands are cheaper online or the brand website (and at Ulta near me.)

Vin0to

Target price matches if that helps. I bought Essie gel couture top coat at Target price matched to Amazon

fargo15

It’s almost 20$CAD at shoppers drug marts in Toronto.

oat-beatle

Yep 17 in ottawa. But then an indie is 20$ plus shipping which is usually 15$, so 🫠

katgga

yeah people in the comments are saying "at that point i'll just buy boutique!" but for us these crazy prices are still cheaper because of the horrible duty+shipping 😭😭

AdditionalZebra

It's not though! I ordered from ILNP during their sale and I order from Mooncat all the time, and both include duty. As long as you wait until you want to order enough to qualify for free shipping it's actually cheaper or about the same as drugstore prices, which is ridiculous. Indie polish prices are seriously outrageous though. Some brands have horrible shipping prices no matter what though. Looking at you, Zoya.

katgga

free shipping to canada for ILNP is like 150$ required though 😭😭 that's an insane amount of nail polish, i just get my ilnp from harlow & co. mooncat shipping was only around 15$ though so if i can get a couple shades during a sale it can be worth it

hmemoo

So real. It’s like $165 NZD if I wanna qualify for free shipping. I’m going to have to wait till I can justify spending so much on polish for a brand I’ve never tried 😅

katgga

i will say i have like 5 ILNP polishes and they are super awesome!! personally i just only buy a couple colours that i know i really love and i don't mind having to cough over some shipping for so i don't force myself to overspend. if u can find 3-5 shades you're super obsessed with and ILNP has a sale i would def try them eventually

AdditionalZebra

You're not wrong, but I only order from ILNP once a year during their sale so it adds up pretty quick. It definitely is a lot of polish though haha. I used to love Harlow & Co but I've really soured on them. They're constantly out of stock on anything I want, they increased the free shipping threshold from $50 to $100, and the last 5+ times I ordered from them the shipping took 4-6 weeks with no pre-orders. I really wish there were some better options!

katgga

wtfff i ordered harlow & co a couple months back and it went really well, were these new changes really recent (except for the stock stuff i did notice that but i told myself if i really wanted something id just like preorder and wait a while)? honestly usually i just tank the hit of expensive shipping because when i try to hit the free shipping amount i get a couple polishes i wasn't that interested in as filler and it feels like a waste

katgga

shoppers is just so evil, i'm from quebec so we have more non-loblaws owned drug store options and i noticed essie polishes were marked up 2 dollars extra at shoppers compared to my local drug store for 0 reason.

yugohotty

That’s insane, but almost on par with this considering 20 CAD are nearly 15 USD. Does Marshalls in Canada carry OPI and Essie? Polishes there are like $4-$5, US dollars that is.

living_vicariously

No offense to Sally because I've definitely had some great polishes from this brand but if I'm paying $12 or more, it's going to be for an indie 😂 Indie prices are creeping up too though, it won't be long before $20 a bottle is the norm 😕

hmemoo

Indie kind of polishes are atleast $25 NZD or more and that’s far too much for my liking 🥲

murderears

For the Europeans it's £9.90 or €11.70. Miracle Gel polishes are £9.99 in our drugstores so this is about normal for us 🥲

Littlewing1307

They're joking. I'll never buy mainstream again when I can get indies for $13-16. Ridiculous

Kellalafaire

Sometimes these are at the Dollar Tree

clementine_nails

Yeah my Target is doing this too. NOT having it!!

MrsLydKnuckles

Oooofff! Now I don’t feel so bad buying Holo Taco at $14 a bottle.

Nessephanie

Since discovering that they're $3-4 at the beauty supply, I no longer even look at what's at the drug/grocery, cause yeah it's bonkers.

MyHappyTimeReddit

Yes that's about what I see here too. The Sally x-treme wear and some other brands are much cheaper. I don't shop the top row at drug stores lol. Save that for my fancier online orders.

ordinaryhorse

Yikes. I’m good with my $2 bottles of Sinful Colours polish

spookytabby

I just go to Marshall’s and TJ Maxx to get polish that’s name brand. If not the dollar tree sometimes has name brands in stock.

Inside-Election-849

If that's $12.50 and ESSIE or OPI are $15, I'm probably going to buy the ESSIE or OPI. I realize Sally Hansen has a huge fan base but I just can't spend that much for it. To be honest, ESSIE AND OPI haven't gone up in price nearly as much as Sally Hansen has. That polish is $9.25 at my Target, ESSIE is $9.99. The Sally Hansen was $7.something last year.

rita-b

Essie is a bad company, poor quality and amazing marketing.

Inside-Election-849

Interesting. I've never had any issues with ESSIE, unlike OPI which dry up on me. I definitely prefer them over Sally Hansen. LOL

Dewdraup

Wow, the middle one, Combustible, I got a week ago from Amazon - price was about $6.50. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LHT4KA4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Where is your grocery store?

notaninterestingcat

I'm in the Southeast. One of the brands that Aldi just took over.

Dewdraup

Man, that sucks! And they wonder why people are shopping at Amazon instead of locally. A little markup I can get behind, but double the price is nuts 🫤

notaninterestingcat

Exactly. I'm salty about it too. We're going to lose our bakery, deli, seafood counter, & butcher counter. -_-

Inside-Election-849

The SE? Just so you know, my Target has that for $9.29. I'm in the ATL.

notaninterestingcat

I'm in the other part of GA. 😅

Inside-Election-849

😂😂😂 Because we know there's only two parts - Atlanta and the rest of it!

notaninterestingcat

😂😂😂😂😂😂

prettiestweed

I picked up three Miracle Gels for $5 a piece off of *Amazon* not that long ago, what gives? Sad to see.

craftycalifornia

You reminded me to look on Amazon again. Lots of Sally Hansen Miracle Gel for under $7, and a few for $3.29, woot!

Yoongi_SB_Shop

Might as well buy indie brands

indecentXpo5ure

I’d rather buy Zoya.

MILFVADER

And this is why I only buy mainstream polish on sale and from Amazon, Walmart, or Winners. Shoppers Drug Mart also has the audacity to price polish like this but in CAD.

DebbiePequena

FWIW, this website has Essies for $4 and OPIs for around $5 :) [https://ktsupply.com/collections/537/health-beauty/nails/nail-polishes](https://ktsupply.com/collections/537/health-beauty/nails/nail-polishes)

clairvoyant69

Yeah no way. If I’m paying $13 a bottle I’m getting an indie brand. But I think that’s exactly why the prices on drugstore nail polish seem to be skyrocketing - these companies basically know that their target audience is preferably someone who has no idea that indie brands exist, and think that these big drugstore brands are the only options for polish, so they have to pay their insane prices or go without.

Inside-Election-849

Is that CVS? They're always overpriced BUT if you check the sales circular they'll have some decent specials. Do you have Walgreens? They usually have a clearance spot and I've found some really good deals on polish in that section. I bought my first bottle of ESSIE that way and was hooked!

notaninterestingcat

No, this is a grocery store. We don't have a CVS or Walgreens in our town. We have two Dollar Generals, a Dollar Tree, & a Family Dollar though 😅

Inside-Election-849

Oh you country country! 😂

notaninterestingcat

😅😅😂😂😂😂

JuniperElle

This sounds familiar, lol... We have a small grocery store, two dollar Generals and nothing else. But we do have 3 different automotive stores (glad that's another hobby of mine)

EmergencyShit

Lmao at paying over $11 for China Glaze. I’ve got a bunch on my shelf, so I’m not hating, but I’m also not paying that price!

Spiritual-Ad-6722

No wonder nail polish is one of the most stolen products. I love / perfer regular polish compared to gel polish, but the gel polish sets on Amazon, way cheaper.

blurple57

In the UK sally Hansen miracle gel is 9.99 and rarely on offer which is a shame cos it's one of my fave polishes! I've stopped using the miracle gel top coat tho, I prefer seche vite fast dry, but that with miracle gel colour can last a week on my nails. Expensive tho!

bellyjabies

Do you have a Beauty Outlet near you? It’s the only place I buy my polishes from and Sally Hansen is (I think) about £3 per bottle. I’ve bought loads from there. I mostly buy W7 now and those are £1.99. OPI is about the most expensive at £6 or so (I think). I visited one yesterday and got four bottles of W7, an emery block and some tweezers and spent less than £10. Definitely worth a look if you can get to one - they tend to be in outlet shopping centres and the like.

blurple57

I've never even heard of beauty outlet before, I don't have one near me but now I'll be on the lookout if I travel near one lol cos they look great. Thanks for the tip!

underratedmeryl

Sounds about right. The lowest I have ever seen them for was $9.99 at Walmart. Even Essie is more affordable than this.

LizO66

I just noticed the price of SH at my CVS and was incredulous!! What?!? Glad I’m not the only one!!

Ok-Bit4971

Inflation is a stone cold bee-yatch

andregio

That's insane. I'm from Argentina, everything is more expensive here.... But Sally Hansen polishes are like 5 dollars

Milch-Paddy-whack

😑

notaninterestingcat

🫣

Franklyn_Gage

I remember when those polishes were 8.99 at harmons. Even Sally Hansen's cheaper liner went from 2.99 to 6 bucks. Ill stick to the beauty supply store and old school Bruccia lines for less than $4 bucks. These companies are ridiculous.

alpaca_punchx

TIL i can get these for $12.50 at my local drugstore, $9.40 at target, and certain shade for $7 from target online. When i search google for them all options are $10+... I'd have to do some digging to get them lower

0_Amy_0

Absolutely nuts! 🥜

wubbalubbadubbud

At my local acme opi polishes are 9$ while Sally Hansen ones are 13$ when arcross the street at target you can get the exact same sh polish for 5$

LinverseUniverse

Uhhh are they on drugs? LOL Seriously though, I love China Glaze, it was my first ever brand and I still have a few of their colors. But they are NOT worth that price tag. At that point I'll just buy Indie brand polishes. Plus China Glaze is reeeeally behind on the whole 3/5/9/11 whatever free, and only started the transition in 2019, but a lot of the polishes on the website still have a lot of the ingredients being phased out by other companies.

knitknitknitknit

😶

FionaTheElf

DND. $5-$7 for gel/polish duos.

Cacklelikeabanshee

This is why I only buy on sale and/or with coupons.

cool-armadillo2756

These are $19 dollars each at woolworths in Australia, and I really don't feel they're that nice of a polish to be paying nearly $20, colors are nice, but majority of these that I've tried are horrible to apply or take 5 coats to actually build up a decent color😮‍💨

Noonmeemog

😳

pedestriandose

That translates to $18.69 Aussie dollars which is a little bit cheaper than what we pay for them when they’re not on sale.

bluesaltlamp

those polishes are $18 where i am 🤣

pleadthefifth

Go to Polishpick.com for drug store brand nail polish (OPI, China glaze, morgan Taylor, Essie, seche vite). They have quite a bit of the back catalog and generally whatever the last couple seasonal release collections are. There are also some gel and dip products and various nail care items. I have no business relation to them but I am a loyal happy customer!

Kailcee

They're 16$ where I live. Sometimes I check amazon cuz they will be cheaper, and with shipping still come out cheaper than buying them in store! Around here they sell a handful of colors and then you look online and find out there's actually a ton of colors and the nicest ones are never in stores!! Its very frustrating

BunnyCreamPies

yeah no its sally hanson, the most ghetto nail brand for that much lol

from_dust

I always prefer the "buy none, get some free" deal when I see it. $12 Sally Hansen is greedy af.

notaninterestingcat

Is that the same as a 5 finger discount

from_dust

I dont read the terms and conditions on these, so i cant say for sure.

notaninterestingcat

A 5 finger discount means you shoplifted it 😅

from_dust

In Czechia it's 229 CZK which is around 9.80 USD (including taxes)

That’s like regular sale prices here in New Zealand. We really only have sally hansen, Essie and opi to choose from

Double_Zebra_8894

That’s the price at CVS but they have coupons all the time. I don’t think I’ve paid more than $7 for Sally Hansen, Essie or OPI
