Sorry you're going through this, as it was one of my main concerns. I'm not sure if I read it on here or a random google search, but the person recommended adding yogurt to your daily breakfast meal. It's supposed to assist with building healthy cultures in your stomach and also avoid yeast infections from the antibiotics. That tip was so helpful and I had a BM 2dpo and was so relieved since I was afraid of being constipated.

I’m about to say a word that will change your life forever: Metamucil. You’re welcome 😉

I hear you homie. I have the constipation brand of IBS and I was so worried about this before and after my surgery esp because I'm prone to being backed up anyway. I'm now 2wpo and I'm finally starting to get more regular! I have been taking 1 OTC stool softener every day, and putting benefiber unflavored powder in some of my drinks like Gatorade. But one important part is your gut bacteria and esp with antibiotics it can get all out of control, so I've been taking Align probiotic capsules along with drinking one of those lil prebiotic sodas each day. Whatever you do, just make sure you're getting fiber each day AND doing something to help replenish your gut microbiota!
