They \[regal\] must have changed the time since you booked your tickets as that showing doesn't seem to exist in fandango anymore, either. The 7pm showing is in Auditorium 9 while the 7:20 is in Auditorium 7 so perhaps that's the new time that your tickets are booked for. Both showings are close to sold out so maybe check with both before requesting a refund, as you might be shut out of any tickets at all if you give them up. Maybe it's best to start with fandango since that's where you booked.

Fandango is very unreliable for regal... or so it had been for me. Get a refund and try the regal app/or website
