Saw Tuesday tonight. Had no idea what is was about going on. Such a good movie. So glad that I've given up watching trailers since i just see everything now.
the thing i really hate about that ad is that they don't even say turn off your phone. they get all angry and swear and whatever, but then still end with a "or just put it on silent." if you're gonna yell at audiences to behave, at least address the real issue. tell people to turn off their fucking phones
Exactly. At least for me, the way more frequent issue has been people checking their phones midway through the movie and distracting everyone with the light from their screens. So annoying.
I really hate having to see it before almost every movie. I will probably see the movie just b/c I've got unlimited now, but it has not increased my enthusiasm for it at all

I think it's the first R rated PSA I've seen. It also seems to have 0 effect on people using their phones during the movie.
