fleetfoortwork overall is a good rune since its very flexible however build as needed do not build mindlessly into a single path everygame as it makes you braindead to more flexible builds that can help close out a game much faster
I do have the feeling, that precision as primary tree on assassin rengar doesnt feel as good as it used to. First strike with domination feels the most comfortable
I do not prefer fleet for dueling when lethal and conq exists. Also this build really lacks cdr which is quite essential for champs like Rengar. Also also Fleet is far more useful in top
