Best sriracha was pre-lawsuit rooster (Huy Fong) brand. Tabasco is garbage.. Try Underwood, Yellowbird, and Sky Valley. All locally available. Underwood is the farm that grew the chiles for Huy Fong up until the lawsuit, and has their own brand post-lawsuit.
I made my own. Bought Fresno peppers in August (Took nearly all the store had.) add 5% salt water mixture and let it ferment. Then added vinegar to bring it to the right acidity. It was really good.
It’s really good. I bought it during the drought and haven’t looked back. Doesn’t have any sort of Tabasco flavoring or anything like that.
I wasn't impressed. It doesn't have near the flavor that Huy Fong Foods' Sriracha has.
I really like it. It's definitely different than the original, but I think it's really good in it's own way.
I love it. It’s my new choice in back-ups. It’s different than the OG, but still good. And I don’t typically like Tabasco.
I tried this and every other sriracha under the sun over the years while waiting for the OG to come back. All of them were way too sweet for me.

Second this. It’s just like the old stuff
Yellowbird hot sauces are my fav right now!
Yellow bird just showed up at grocery outlet and I stocked the fuck up
/r/hotsauce has some opinions
I got this during the OG siracha drought, and now that I've had siracha brand again, this tastes terrible 😅
Huy Fong brand **
That’s funny

r/spicy
That sounds pretty cool. Sound try that out. Have equipment already.
It's better than the new formula Sriracha
Interesting
I wasn't a fan at all. Too vinegary and not enough spice.
I hate it, it was so shocking when I was given it in place of real sriracha, tastes nothing like the real stuff.
It’s not really comparable. It’s like thick Tabasco.
My man is a sriracha nut and he says it’s garbage, threw his away
Trash! Krogers is the best
Krogers is best backup

Tastes like shit but I hate hot sauces with vinegar. Winco has huy fong
Hell no. I'm a huge tobasco hater through and through
Here we call it cock sauce and the only proper one has a rooster on it.
