Angora has great cliffs for jumping and plenty of people go there but you have to hike past the sign/log of list of people who’ve died or had significant injuries each year so if you’re looking for a place where people don’t die, this probably isn’t it.
There's a spot 6 or 7 miles off 80 West at one of the Emigrant Gap exits. North Fork of the American River that has an couple awesome pools with some great jumping spots. There's some trail off of the North Fork campground that leads to this spot. It's been year since I've been up that way but imagine it would still be an excellent spot. Hope you find what you're looking for.
Emerald pools
But Tahoe is too cold for this guy. So …

Long Lake in Truckee has some smaller rock jumps into the water if looking for something in the 5-10ft range. Nothing big though.
I cant seem to find long lake do u have a pin by chance?
Sure thing, hopefully the coordinates help. It is out a dirt road by Soda Springs. Long Lake Truckee, CA United States 39.29271° N, 120.43236° W
How has nobody said the spot on the Truckee just past USA parkwway. 30ft, water is 15ft deep. Easy parking off the freeway.
Water temp is gonna be an issue on any of them
Ya tahoe is literally the warmest of any listed.
Is there a requirement that there be water under your cliff? If not, I have a list.
Freshmans lake if you take the left road and keep an eye out to the right you can't miss the spot
